Song: Trees by Twenty One Pilots

Loki's POV:

From the moment I met her, she made me speechless. As unlikely as it sounds, I was always rendered, truly, without words.

I watched from as she interacted with Thor and Sif, but the idea of even saying a word to her terrified me beyond belief. As the god of mischief, my reputation may push her away, and rejection was not an option for me.

Being around her, my attraction grew, and I longed to talk to her. But to her, I was the silent brother, weaker and less important than Thor, and I watched for any sign of attraction to my brother, so I may cut my feelings short.

Then she received that letter. The one that made her run from the room in near tears. I followed, and when she sat on the ground, I sat beside her. She immediately buried her face in my chest, and I wondered at fate and what to do. I wrapped my arms around her and held her as she told me of her father's death. She looked up at me with wonder at my compassion.

Your POV:

From the beginning, Loki intrigued me. I found myself unable to focus, but also unable to talk to the tall and silent god, unable to learn his ticks and the way his mind worked, the way I longed to.

Then I got the letter of my father's death. Fleeing, he followed, and in my grief he was there. I confessed all, and he listened carefully.

"I do not really know what to do, Loki." I said, tears running down my cheeks.

"Don't worry, Y/N." He said, wiping the little drops. "Everything will work out in its time."

I stared in wonder at the compassionate man before me, and found myself falling, hard. In a quick moment, we found ourselves kissing, lips against the others. It was sweet, and he tasted of mint.

Breaking apart, we rested our foreheads against each others.

"May I?" He asked. I knew what he meant without explaination.

"You may." He kissed me again.
