"ALRIGHT FINE SOLLUX. THE ONLY REASON I'M AGREEING TO THIS IS BEAUSE YOU PROMISED ME WE'LL WATCH A ROMCOM AFTERWARDS." Karkat grumbled, sitting on the couch next to Sollux. "ii knew you'd come around 2ome tiime, kk." he smiled. "YOU'RE GOING TO DESTROY MY ASS AT THIS YOU KNOW THAT RIGHT?" Karkat said with a sigh, staring at the bright screen. Of course, Sollux had convinced him to play a video game. "ii'll try two be ea2y on you, 2iince you're a begiinner. ii promii2e." He responded with a gentle voice, handing karkat the player one controller, as Sollux-quite obviously-went for being player two. "OKAY WHATEVER YOU SAY SOLLUX. BUT YOU'RE STILL GOING TO WIN." he said, and they started playing. The hours passed and Karkat discovered, after a few moments of pure rage, he was actually quite skilled at it. But that was probably just Sollux being easy on him or hacking the game to make it easier for Karkat. "ALRIGHT, UNDO ANY HACKS YOU'VE DONE OR STOP BEING EASY ON ME. THIS SHIT HAS OFFICIALLY STARTED." He yelled eagerly. "okay, but ju2t warniing you, you a2ked for iit." he said with a slight sigh, beginning to work harder, making it tougher for Karkat.
A few minutes later...
"DAMMIT!" Karkat yelled, slamming down the controller. "ii told you, you a2ked for iit. try two calm down okay?" Sollux placed his hands gently on Karkat's shoulders. "ii thiink iits tiime two 2wiitch two the romcoms ii promii2ed." he offered. "YES THANK YOU...BUT IF YOU WANT WE CAN KEEP PLAYING, I DONT WANT MY ANGER TO GET IN THE WAY OF YOUR HAPPINESS." he sighed. "iit2 fine kk, really." he said, kissing Karkat's forehead gently. "2o, diid you briing a moviie two watch?" he asked gently. Karkat nodded, pulling one out and putting it in. "before you 2tart, ii want two get 2omethiing. ii'll be riight back, kk." he said. A few minutes later, he came back with a yellow blanket and grey pillows. "want two do thii2 on the floor?" Sollux offered, showing him the blanket and pillows. "SURE." he nodded. Soon they both laid on the floor, Karkat's head resting on Sollux's chest instead of the pillow. Sollux fell asleep during the movie, but Karkat stayed awake...until it ended. He curled up completely on Sollux and closed his eyes, cuddling him and fell asleep. Sollux let a smile grow onto his face, holding Karkat close to him and fell back asleep.
