FIRST CHAPTER
The girl, Stacy, laughed as a boy named Andrew tumbled over a piped fence. Haden could hear Andrew cursing as he stood up. Grace giggled and hung onto Stacy. Everyone was drunk except Haden. He didn't want his little sister to go off with these two weirdos on a dare and get in trouble without him.
Stacy was climbing over the fence and Grace gave her a not to gentle nudge over. Stacy was caught by Andrew and all three busted up laughing. Haden quickly looked at the house in the distance.
"Will you shut up?" He hissed. "The old man might hear you." They just seemed to make them giggle even more. "Oh hush, brother." Grace said,"We're about half a mile from his house. He won't hear us." She smiled and started to giggle again. Grace climbed over the fence and Haden quickly followed.
There was serval cows in the pasture they were walking through. The group didn't bother avoiding them. This is actually what they came to do. They were going to tip a couple of cows then go back to the party where they had been dared to do so. Haden got pissed at the guys that put the stupid idea into these three head's.
Haden stood back, glancing at the house a few times, as the three hushed each other. They snuck up on one poor cow and braced there legs. All three pushed on the side of the cow as it let out a horrific moo and fell to its side.
The trio ran back to were Haden was standing with a disappointed look. Grace lightly punched her brothers arm,"Oh man, let's do another on." She grinned. Andrew high fives Stacey and they whooped as they raced to another cow. Haden brought his hand to his face and let out a sigh. "Idiots.." He mumbled.
Just as the trio were about to push the next unexpected victim, Haden heard a few dogs barking. He swiveled on his feet towards the house,"Crap!" The house light was on and a man was stand on the porch with four dogs.
"Grace!" He yelled,"come on! We're leaving!" She glance back then did a double take. The dogs were racing towards the four, cutting them off from there car. They started to run for the woods that was close by.

SECOND CHAPTER
The baying of the dogs was getting closer. Grace and Haden had lost Andrew and Stacy about a mile back. They thought they heard screams but they weren't sure. Grace was barley on her feet. Haden kept on pulling on her every time she stumbled. "Come on Grace, we'll get out of this." He wheezed. They could now here the dogs breaking branches as they searched for their prey.
Haden stopped suddenly and Grace crashed into him. "What wa-" He grabbed her mouth. Holding his finger to his own mouth he pointed in front of them.
Two police officers were hustling towards them. Haden grabbed Grace's arm and told her,"Just be quiet." The cops stopped right in front of them. Both were out of breath.
"T-there you are..." The chubbier one wheezed. "Now don't g-give us any trouble." He pulled out handcuffs and Haden yelled,"Run, Grace!" And the siblings were sprinting past the cops and away from the dogs as well.
But they didn't get far. There was a pop and suddenly Haden was on the ground shaking uncontrollably. Grace stood by worry in her eyes as she tried to get her brother up. He could hear his thumping heart in his ears.
Then the skinnier cop was talking Grace to the ground. Everything was fading as he watch Grace fight the officer. Finally darkness took over him.
