He held my hand. He told me he loves me. I told him I love him. What's next? Dan slowly starts walking back towards me. Once he gets to me, he gestures a hug. I stand up and hug him tight. "Phil?" He says in a gentle tone. "Yes Dan?"
"I really love you." These words stand out to me. Just 4 words make a difference. "I love you too, Dan."
I sit back down on the sofa, right where my sofa crease is. I grab my coffee and start sipping it, while still watching my anime. Dan eventually comes out from his room, dressed for the day. I smile, finish my coffee and leave to get dressed. I pick out my favorite jeans and my favorite t-shirt and get ready for the day. I walk back out and I don't see Dan. Figuring he's in the kitchen, I keep walking. A few seconds later, I feel his arms wrap around my waist. I feel my cheeks blushing and the butterflies racing in my stomach. I smile and turn around.
Dan closes the gap between us. Yes, that's right. He kisses me.
