Anita Pov
I sat in the kitchen as Aunt Claudia brushes my hair telling me that she is my family now, I don't need anyone else, I don't want anyone else in my life, there is no need for people who will hurt me. She says their on their way an will try to make me go with them, I am to refuse and stay here forever, their just a FairyTale that no longer exists.
I hear banging on the door an Aunt Claudia grabs a knife an presses it against my throat as the door flew across the room, my parents, siblings, David & two others walk in "Claudia, why are you doing this! let her go" The man says angrily, she drops the knife as I stay emotionless on the chair "Anita?" Amira asks softly, I look up at Aunt Claudia.
"Anita, come on were going home" Dad says glaring at Aunt Claudia, I look at him "I am home, this is my home now" I say blankly "no it isn't!, Anita please" Mum says teary eyed, Aunt Claudia places her hand on my shoulder "it was just lies, no one wants me" I said emotionlessly as I feel my body shaking "what did you do to my sister" Amira growls angrily.
"I broke her, manipulation took its toll, she will never leave" Aunt Claudia says laughing as I hear voices in my head, I look at David whom hasn't said a word, he was watching me with sad eyes, I felt tempted to wink at him to show I can still control my own actions but that wouldn't be smart Incase anyone else saw "its best you go back to reality, there is nothing left that you want" I say softly as I look down.
"We're not leaving without you" The women growls an then the guards arrived "take them away" Aunt Claudia demands and after putting up a fight they were taken to the dungeons underneath the house, Aunt Claudia walks off, she thinks I am trustworthy enough not to be locked in a room now, what an idiot.
I wait until dark before I slowly walk down to the dungeons which is really a a smelly disgusting basement where they chain people to the walls. I swiped the keys off Aunt Claudia when she was brushing my hair earlier, there were two guards "back up stairs, Miss" One says sternly, I roll my eyes and kick him in the crouch, he groans falling to his knees.
I snap his neck an he collapses in a limp pile, the other goes to punch me but I dodge it and shove my fist into his chest, I rip his heart out an he falls dead near my feet, I wipe my hand on his shirt before unlocking the door and it creaks as I slowly open it, I try not to gag as the revolting smell hit my nostrils "Anita" Jackson grins, there was blood everywhere and rotting corpses, no other live people besides my family, David and the other two.
"I thought you were like you know under her control" Amira says confused, I raise an eyebrow "no one controls me but me, I'm just that good of an actress" I said smugly as I start unlocking their chains, I knelt in front of David who stared at me as I unlock his ankle chain, I stand up and held my hand out, he takes it and I help him up, I finish unlocking the chains before we made our way out of the basement.
We were almost out of the house when Aunt Claudia stops us with a fierce glare "Claudia, let us go" The man says annoyed "brother, now you know I can't do that" She says snarling at him "why not" The women says stepping closer towards her "Anita, you betrayed me" She says looking at me and I gulp "in a way possibly but in my defence you took me and locked my family in a basement that seriously needs to be cleaned" I said smiling innocently.
"If you leave I will find you" She says opening the door and walking away, we left after sharing looks....
