Home
The soft sand beneath my feet,
The soothing air that gives off heat,
The ocean is my home,
Many miles have I roamed,
Wandered to many different places,
But seeing no familiar faces,
All I need is the waves surging forth,
I just want to be back home, in the north,
My home is the ocean,
The sea air, my potion,
To whisk away all the fears,
All of the blood, the sweat, and tears,
I long for the cool, dark water,
For I, am the ocean's daughter
