Hello friends! After a much longer hiatus than I anticipated or planned for, I am FINALLY posting Tim and Chuck Season 2! Here is a brief recap in the event you have read all of the chapter thus far and really don't want to digress for the sake of remembering (although you are more than welcome to). **IF YOU HAVE NOT FULLY READ THE FIRST 15 POSTED CHAPTERS, GO BACK AND DO SO!
- Tim moves to New York and meets Hanah his young neighbor and Carly. He becomes a plant dad in the process as he adjusts to his new role as the CEO of the Wall Street Journal
- Comically Tim encounters the weirdness of New York via some animals that simply show up at his home or at the park down the street which leads to his involuntary nickname "Snow White"
- Due to last minute adjustments after a few weeks of living in NYC, Tim is asked by Hanah's parents to babysit her while they are both away for a weekend. Tim is taken aback but doesn't want to let them down so he takes it on. He bonds with Carly and Hanah over the weekend, and we meet Tim's little sister and father, whom Tim has a stiff relationship with
- While Tim's life is chaotic, his work life is slightly better as he is handed the opportunity to promote one of his intern who despite the short period at the Journal has shown tremendous intuition and promise, despite his awkwardness. Tim brings in Nettie to coach Perry on the finer points of business etiquette and she takes advantage of being in Tim's office to survey the employees, making promotion and demotion recommendations to him which he considers
- Tim and Carly become closer friends as she takes him thrift shopping for the first time and she takes care of him when he gets sick. Alex starts speculating on whether there is a spark between the two
- Tim receives a call that Hanah was in the hospital unconscious after failing to take her medication for her arrhythmia. Tim stays with Hanah and her parents, learning more about their family as he waits for her to wake up.
And now we move on to SEASON 2!! As I am a fairly new writer, my pacing may still be a little iffy here and there and I am continuously editing as I go to make this smoother and more cohesive. But in the meantime I hope you all enjoy.
