Howling at the Moon

Today is the most important day of my life I'm now officially 10, I won't shift until I'm eighteen but a birthday is a birthday. I was dreaming about unicorns and a land made of candy. I was riding on a unicorns back going down a licorice rainbow when I got jumped on. My brothers Brady and Brian jumped on my bed. Happy Birthday, they shouted. Well, thank you my gentleman, I said. Now, get out so I can change, I shouted. Calm down, Brian shouted. Out, I said stretching the word just a little. Fine, but your getting birthday hits before school, Brady said.
They walked out my room just as I got out of my bed. I took a shower and put on my school uniform(not every school gets to wear regular Clothes, get real) , I put on clear lipgloss , cause mom says make-up hides my internal beauty. I grabbed my backpack after brushing my teeth and washing my face, then I walked(more like ran) downstairs. When I walked into the kitchen my parents and brothers were standing in front of the table blocking my view. Whats back there, I asked. I got a surprised for you , but you have to wait till after school, my mom replied. Dad threw me an apple and kissed my forehead. Have a great day, he said before leading me outside and onto the bus. Bye, I shouted from the bus window. I sat next to my best friends Natalie ,Trey, Adriana, and Zack.
Trey and Zack sat on the opposite side of Natalie, Adriana, and me. When we got to school I blocked out the teachers until lunch, by then my head was pounding and my back felt like it was going to split open. When I sat at the lunch table it was even worse. It then got so bad that I couldn't hold in a scream and I fell out of my chair. The teacher ran towards me and put me on the table. She's changing, she whispered, but everyone heard her. Relax, just imagine your happy place, she said as she placed her hand on my for head. She instantly pulled back. She so hot, she said. I imagined sitting on the moon on a dark starry night.
The pain ceased a bit and then it was over I stoud up and ran to the nearest mirror. I was a beautiful pure white wolf with one of each element on each paw, water, earth, air, and fire. There was a star under my right eye and it had little stars around it. The others gasped at my wolf. My parents ran threw the door with a pair of clothes in their hands. I grabbed the clothes and walked to the bathroom. I imagined my human form and changed into a human before changing into the pair of clothes. This is amazing, a voice said. I looked around and the voice laughed. I'm your wolf silly, the voice said. I'm not a voice, I'm future, she said. Well, hi Future, I said. They're waiting, Future said before going quiet again.
