I saw my mate kissing another girl while grabbing her ass. I marched towards them and cleared my throat. Oh, yeah, I Xavier Carson reject you Hope blackwood of the moonlight pack, he said. I accept, I said as I held my head high. His palm connected with the side of my face and I gasped. I could feel my body heat up and my wolf was aching to take over. I began to shake and my anger raised. Then something unexpected happened his hand caught on fire (the one he slapped me with). I stepped back and watched as he put out the fire, then I jumped in the car and left. When I got home I told my parents what happened and they told me that I had to leave, because I set a royal on fire. We will go with her to protect her, Brady said. He was always the most protective of them all. I walked to my room and stuffed most of my clothes in it, then took another shower and walked down stairs. My brothers stood by the door saying their goodbyes. My dad grabbed my hand and placed the keys to his motorcycle in it. I can't take this, I said with sadness in my eyes. Yes you can now go, he said giving me one last hug. My mom blew kisses and waved goodbye to us. I hopped on my dad's red motorcycle and headed towards the border. What will happen to mom and dad, I asked. They'll be fine, they will only be asked a few questions, Brian shouted from inside my car. That night we stopped at a hotel and slept till the next day.
