I slouch in my seat, my textbook open in front of me, but it is entirely pointless. My pen taps against the page with a sharp, uneven rhythm, betraying the storm inside me. The classroom hums with activity, the sounds of students writing and whispering, but it all fades into the background. I still feel last night lingering around me, the heat and words sting in my mind, a constant reminder of how it went.

"Yo, you've been quiet all morning," Han says, leaning over from the desk beside me, his arm brushing against mine. He gives me a curious look. "Something happened last night after we left?" He asked with a resigned sigh to his question, realizing I now need to explain myself. "Yeah, things did happen last night." I turn in my chair to face him.

Felix, sitting across from us, smirks knowingly. "Oh, let me guess. He's got you all worked up, huh?" he winks at Han, who rolls his eyes, but a playful grin appears on his face. "If you want, I can ask Channie to give him a good beating for you," Seungmin says eagerly, clearly excited at the thought of Minho getting what's coming to him.

"I'm not gonna answer that-" he mutters, shifting again in his seat, unsettled by how eager Seungmin is to see someone get scolded, even if he deserves it."Aw oh well then, suit yourself," Seungmin responds playfully, a hint of slight disappointment flickering across his face as he crosses his arms and leans back. Han then quickly nudged him to get his attention. "So are you gonna tell us what happened?" He said eagerly, almost jumping up in his seat.

"Ok, ok, our conversation escalated into a heated argument, and he suddenly stormed out of the room, slamming the door behind him," I said, shrugging my shoulders irritably. Seungmin lifted a brow, annoyance now on his face. "Wait... he actually walked out? Like seriously?" he said, leaning forward in his seat with a puzzled expression, his brows furrowing as he processed the unexpected act.

"Yeah!" I snap, unable to contain the tension that is hardening my voice. "Stormed out—like full-on, furious, slamming the door behind him kind of walkout." Everyone's reaction was immediate, their eyes wide with shock and curiosity as I struggled to find my breath. Han jumped up. "No way!" he blurted, eyes widening. "Seriously? After everything? What the hell did you even say?" He mentioned observing my reaction.

I shrug, "Does it matter?" I mutter, running a hand through my hair, trying to calm down the heat rising in my chest. "Doesn't change the fact that he just left. Like nothing mattered." Felix leaned back in his chair, smirking slightly. "Damn, that's quite the scene. I mean, it sounds hot, but wow, the nerve." Han gave him a sharp glare. Noticing his reaction, Felix added, "I said it sounds hot, Hannie, I wasn't talking about him."

He shrugged casually, edging closer. "I'm just making sure..." he murmured, leaning on him with a faint smile, prompting Felix to chuckle softly. Seungmin watched them, half amused, half disgusted, and turned away with a mock gag. "Ew, right in front of me," he said, turning his face away. "But dang, it's like a soap opera. I can't even picture it. I'd pay to see the replay."!

I glare at all three of them, but the edge in my voice softens a little, even here, in the middle of class, with the teacher's droning voice filling the room, I can't stop thinking about him. The way he left. The fire between us. The words he whispered the other night that were supposed to mean something...and how everything came crashing down last night. Han nudged me with his feet more quietly this time. "So...are you gonna do anything, or just stew here while he gets away with it??"

I let out a scoff, the words spilling from his mouth completely throwing me off. "Chase him? Are you crazy?" I snapped, my tone tinged with irritation. "HE ran away, so why would I go after him?" Han shrugged, leaning more into Felix, who was laughing at this point. "You're such a mess, but we love you for it, Jin," Felix said, moving closer to Han.
