It was a day I would and could never forget. The date was 19th of June, four months after I had realised I was pregnant.  It was a Sunday. "Hi Lizzy." Gin greeted me. "Hey!" I said. I sat down beside her on the couch in the Gryffindor common room. "Not feeling well?" She asked me, over concerned as usual. I shook my head. "Its time, isn't it? " She asked again. I nodded. "You know what Liz. You should've informed your parents. Do you realise what a risk all this is? You are going to give birth to a child without a father. If your parents do not accept, you are going to be in a fix?" She said. "I know Gin. But, I could not just abort my girl. And I gave birth to Jacob in more difficult circumstances. My daughter  is a part of me. I could never leave her." I explained. Ginny nodded understandingly. She looked at her hand and I gave a cry. "Ginny! Did harry propose to you?" Gin blushed and nodded. I looked at the new ring"Congratulations my soon to be sister in law." I hugged her tight but not for long. I suddenly felt sick. "Gin.....Washroom" I croaked. Ginny grinned and helped me. I vomited for a long time. It was one of my worse convulsions. But this one was the worst yet. "Lizzy.....we should go to Madame Pomfrey. I think its time to have her." Gin said. I nodded as she quickly called Mione, Harry and Ron. It was then I realized how sick I felt. I controlled my screams as I was taken to Madame Pomfrey.  Madame took one look at me and immediately asked harry to call the headmaster and made me lie on a bed. I was screaming badly. "Lizzy....focus." Madame Pomfrey said using my first name for the first time. I nodded, sweating badly. I pushed and pushed the hardest. "Headmaster I don't think The baby or Lizzy will make it. We need to do an emergency c section." Madame Pomfrey said to Professor Dumbledore. My baby.....I thought. I had to give her a life. I pushed even harder. "Lizzy, we are going to do a c section on you....okay? You are losing too much blood." Professor Dumbledore said. I could barely nod. I thought of Bella in twilight saga. If she could give birth to Renesmee in worse conditions, so could I. After a few minutes, I was given anaesthesia so I became unconscious dreaming of my would be baby.

I opened my eyes. It hurt so much. I looked up to see the concerned faces of all my friends. They looked so relieved to see me awake. "My daughter." I managed to say hopefully. Harry smiled and went. He returned with a baby and laid her in my arms, She was the most beautiful girl. She had got Cedric's eyes, smile and my hair. I smiled at her and she did the same. I kissed my baby girl. "What are you going to name her?" Luna asked. I thought for a minute and then said. "Isabella.......it was Bella Swan who helped me gain the courage to get my baby out ." Everyone smiled. "Jacob...Isabella. If you give birth to any son next, I bet you will name him Edward." Blaise joked. I smiled. Gin brought a few glasses and poured some wine into each glass. "To Isabella Lizzy Diggory." Everyone chorused. I smiled. My life was better now.

Time flew past. Isabella and I were the closest mother and daughter in the world. I spent all my spare time with her. Draco and Astoria hardly bothered me. Surprisingly, I didn't even see them or Jake and Ariadne nowadays. My final exams came and went. It was finally the last day of Hogwarts. With beating hearts, we all took our seats in the great hall, Isabella on my lap, staring curiously. She was giving everyone adoring smiles. Finally, Professor Dumbledore entered with the RESULTS. "This year, most of you have done extremely well. In the N.E.W.T s level, highest marks has obtained by............................Ms. Elizabeth Lily Potter and Mr. Draco Lucius Malfoy...receiving 99% marks." I was feeling so happy now. I handed Isabella to Gin and went to receive my certificate of appreciation. So did Malfoy. Malfoy gave me weird looks. I was so happy, I barely noticed them. "And THANK YOU for being such good head prefects." Professor said. We smiled and went back to our places. After a while, the announcements ended and we started our end of the year feast. Gryffindor had won again. So, I was given another prize on behalf of the Gryffindor house. "I can't believe we finished eight years at Hogwarts." Harry said. "I am lucky, only seven." Gin said. In the middle of this nostalgia, Oliver approached us, "Lizzy and Ginny, I wanted to ask if you wanted to join Chudley Cannons as seeker  and chaser?"  Both Gin and I looked at each other and nodded excitedly. "We  would love to Oliver." I said. He smiled and after pinching the cheeks of Isabella, he went to Cathy and Cathleen who were his nieces. I realized that yesterday when the twins shared with me that their uncle might have a crush on me. I grinned when I thought of my encounter with them.

                                               The next day arrived. All the final year students waved a final goodbye to Hogwarts. How much Hogwarts had given us............Many of us burst into tears. Isabella could not understand why her mum was crying. I held my daughter tight as we went to wave goodbye to Hagrid who was too crying. Harry and I promised to keep in touch. Finally, we hopped on the Hogwarts Express. I sat with my friends and I had no desire to go to the heads' compartment. As the train began to move, we all said a final good bye and thank you to Hogwarts.
