I looked at Rue with tears in my eyes why?

My mom died because of hunger she starved to death I could remember it like it was yesterday.

Katniss : " Mom are you there hello? Hello?. "
Mom : " Darling help me. "
Katniss : " Where are you. "
Mom : " In the kitchen. "
Katniss : " Okay I'm coming!. "

But it was already to late her heartbeat stopt I grabbed the phone and I called 911 I said what happend. And they where at my home immediately they I asked me if I had a sibling I said no why?.
Because I don't want prim to have a fun day and hear this I'll tell her when she is home. Prim camed home

Katniss : " Prim can you come its about mom. "
Prim : " Okay. "
Katniss : " Mom died she starved to death. "
Prim : " Uhhhmm I have to make some homework done. '"

She walked upstairs but I knew what she was going to do I heard her screaming in the bathroom I opened the door. She was in a pool of blood a razor blade laid next to here. Here wrist was open I called a ambulance they came to get her and took her away.

Katniss : " Prim... "

16 days later.

Prim was home I forgived her.

Prim : " I'm sorry Katniss. "
Katniss : " you don't have to say story I forgived you its okay. "
Prim : " Sure. "
Katniss : " Yes. "

I looked at prims wrist she had a scare from that cut.
I walked to Rue and prim.

Katniss : " do you want cake. "
Rue : " Sure thank you. "
Katniss : " Prim you too.
Prim : " yeah thank you katniss. "

I walked to the kitchen I looked at the girls and I wished I was still young but you can't stay forever young.
