"C'mon!" Haru laughed with her friends as they ran up to the big mansion. "Let's go!"

They had all gotten an invitation to a new reality TV show that was being developed. The producers had set up a raffle for some of the first seasons characters, and all of them had signed up. Agents talked to their parents, payed for their trip and parent's hotel rooms (if they wanted to travel out there with their kids), and gave their parents a lot of money, all if these kids would be actors for nine weeks.

"It's easy money." They were told. "The house you'll be staying in is absolute paradise!"

They had all accepted. What other choice was there? Everyone could use easy money, even if they weren't considered selfish people, they had to eat.

All the kids had already met each other, and knew their personalities vaguely.

Haru stood out quite a bit among the group. She had wavy (and very beautiful) red hair. Her eyes were a pink bubblegum color. Her skin was a bit pale. She wasn't one to talk about her feelings very much, but she was still very kind.

Yushiro (sometimes nicknamed No Ego) was a bit more shy than Haru, usually listening to classical music on his iPod. He had a short, muscular build, and was apparently a pretty bad student. He had turquoise hair in a short braid, dark brown eyes, and was pale, a similar shade as Haru.

Gabu had was shy and quiet like Yushiro, but really looked nothing like him. She had long, golden brown, curly hair. Her green eyes shined behind glasses when she smiled (and when she heard about a horror story of some kind). Her skin was also light like the before mentioned.

Jessie stood out because of her height. She was the tallest of the group, with her curly dark hair and her light cocoa skin. She was kind too, with her occasional smile. She was almost silent, barely saying a word since the ten had met each other.

Hazel was one of the loudest, constantly making jokes and trying to get the mostly introverted group to open up a bit. She wasn't mean in her ways, but some felt a little bit on edge when with her. She was kinda short, but her dark hair was very long compared to her body. She was tan, also unlike most of the group, and freckles dotted her face.

Aniah stayed a little quiet, unable to open up. That didn't mean she wasn't kind, however! She had skin similar to Jessie's. Her hair only went to her shoulders, which she was constantly putting behind her ears. Her eyes were a deep purple.

Joshua's eyes stood out the first second you saw him. They, a bright blue, looked like they could peer into your soul, but he seemed to have no intentions of doing so. He was kind, yet quiet, and he didn't seem to have any trouble not standing out. His hair was a light, soft brown and was cut just below his ears.

Nicknamed "Writer-in-Training" (much to her surprise) by Hazel and Kaye, Tracy always had a book in her hand. She read, read, read, read, and occasionally wrote. It made her happy, however, so the others tried to start conversations about what she was reading or writing. It didn't usually go well, because she always suspected that the others had ill intentions. She would ask if they were going to make fun of her and overall, wasn't confident. She pushed her glasses up her nose when she asked these questions, as if it made her look intimidating. Her hair (which she called a mop) was curly and bouncy and her skin was a light olive color.

Kaye was a bit loud for some. She was happy, but relaxed. Her hair was almost black and, coupled with her orange eyes, she screamed autumn colors (not literally). She considered herself short, but she had found her home with lots of short people around. Every-once-in-a-while, she would scream at an animal that ran by or jumped out, getting many laughs from the others.
