MISTAKE

Dean finished school up and got on to the bus. Nicole went over to him sitting down. "Hey so how was your first day?" Nicole said. With a smile across her face. Dean looked at her. "It was ok. I had a test first day." Dean said. "Oh you must have Mr. Helmsley." She said as she laughed. "Yea I do." Dean said. She started to talk but her words went silent when I saw Paige walking onto the bus. Her hair was up in a pony tail, Dean didn't like that he liked it when she had it down. "Dean." Nicole says knocking Dean out of his day dream. "Are you listening to me?" Nicole asked Dean tapping in his arm.  "Yeah" Dean said real fast still looking at Paige. She sat down by Becky. Dean then started to feel a wetness on his cheek. He then melts when Nicole stops kissing him he looks at her with a very surprised look on his face. "You OK?" Nichole asked with concern. "Yeah I'm fine just surprised." Dean said lifting his hand and touching his cheek. She looks at him a smiles. "I'm sorry I just like you. I told my sister I liked the new guy and she told me I  should kiss you." Nicole said to Dean. Dean looked at her and was very surprised. How could a girl like her ,like me he thought. "Oh well I like you to bu--" Dean said being cut off. Nicole lunged in and hugged him with all her might almost pushing every last breath out of Dean. Dean smiles and catches his breath. He looks up at Nicole and smiles.   

                                                                                Dean's P.O.V

Holy crap. Dean thought as he got off the bus, the most poplar girl likes me.  The only thing is  I like Paige, but I haven't even talked to Paige. Maybe I'll see where this thing with Nicole goes. In the mean time I can become friends with Paige. The bus left and my step dad comes storming out of the house. Oh shit I think to myself. "DEAN YOU SON OF BITCH IT'S THE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL AND YOUR ALREADY FUCKING UP" He said at me very upset. Oh shit he must have found out about the test. "What what did I do?" Dean asked. "You fucked up. I got a call from you teacher saying he found your unfinished test in the trash!" I then see his hand go up and I flinch. I feel his fist slam into my face. I fall back on the ground holding my jaw. I get up and run off towards the town.  That fucker! He hasn't touched me forever. Why now? I can't deal with this shit again. I thought to myself as I was walking down the street to go anywhere but my house. I start heading down the area were Ric lived. Oh shit I don't want to deal with that crap again. I run across the street and I smash into someone knocking them down. Oh shit I thought. "Are you ok?  I'm so sorry." She turns her head and looks at me. Oh my god, it was Paige. I extend my arm down and she grabs a hold of my hand and I pull her up. "I'm so sorry I didn't mean to." I said with concern in my voice. " Yea I'm fine. Are you Dean?" Her just saying my name made me melt.  Her voice was so beautiful. "Yeah I'm new here." Dean said. "Yeah I know Becky told me that you were trying to find me." Oh crap she probably thinks I'm a stalker. I thought to myself.  Paige was now walking with me down the street. "Oh she did?" Dean said "Yea so why were you looking for me?" I scrambled in my head to find something to say ,but I couldn't think of anything. "I saw you going down the hall and you disappeared behind the wall." She smirks. "I disappeared, really that must of been cool." Oh great now she thinks I'm crazy. "you probably saw me going down the hall and disappear into the bathroom that was right next to the lockers." She laughed. Oh shit I thought. I can't believe I didn't see that. We got to the gas station where I first saw her. "So where were you going?" I said. "I was just walking, then you ran into me." She let out a laugh. I felt so stupid and I guess she saw that on my face. "Hun I'm just joking." Paige said. "I know that." I lie but I think she knew I was lying. She then looks and see the bruise forming on my face. I kinda cover it with my hand. "You ok?" Paige said looking at the bruise. "Yeah I'm fine I got into scuffle and he slugged me." I let out a fake laugh. Paige kinda acts weird because I was laughing. I look at her. "It's fine we were just playing around." I say to Paige. "Oh ok." She says as she slugs my arm. Damn that freaking hurt. She's strong for a girl. I laugh to myself. We finally get up to 7-11 and enter the door. I see Becky and the other girl who was blonde I didn't know her name yet.

                                                                                    Paige P.O.V

"Hey girls." I say with a big smile on my face. I walk over to the table they were sitting at. "Hey" Becky and Charlotte say together. I grabbed Dean and brought him over with me because he was trying not to be close to me. "This is Dean, but you already know that Becky" I laughed. "Well come on sit down you guys." Becky said scooting over. I go over and sit next to Charlotte. Dean sits down by Becky. I did that on purpose. Becky told me she liked him and I see why he's cute. I thought to myself. Dean looks over at me and smiles. I could tell he was very shy. I looked at him."Dean you don't need to be shy around us." I told him touching his arm. "I'm not. Just a little tired. Uh huh I thought to myself. Charlotte started to talk to me about some boy toy she was crazy about.  I couldn't really hear because I was paying attention to Dean and Becky. Becky was very shy too, so she wast doing much. Neither was Dean. What can I do to get these two to talk. I thought to myself. I eye Becky and I nudge my head towards Dean. She gets the hint and starts to say something, but we get interrupted by Nicole Bella and her sister Brie. I hated those two ,they were so stuck up and fake. "Hey bitches." Nikki said as she look at us. "What do you want Nikki?" I say to her. "Don't call me that Paige. I told you I like to be called Nicole. I roll my eyes. "Why are you here with these freaks?" Nikki said as she looked over at Dean? "Umm I'm just talking. I was about to get going though." Dean said looking at Nikki. I can't believe him. He is just going to leave? He just got here. I looked at Dean with anger. He looks back at me with a pitiful face. Nikki then leans in and smacks a kiss on Dean's lips. What the fuck? I thought.  I looked over at Becky, she was looking down at her phone. I  saw that she felt upset. I felt so bad for her. I cant believe he would do this. Nikki starts to leave and Dean starts to try to say something to me. "Babe you coming?" Nikki said as she looked at Dean. Dean then looks upset and walks away. I was so furious with him, why didn't he say he was dating Nikki? Why was he trying to find me? He was probably set up by Nikki. I thought very upset. I looked over at Becky and she was in tears. I felt so bad for her. "Hun I'm so sorry I had no clue he was with that bitch." She looks up from her phone in tears. "No that's not it.  My dad just texted me. My dog buster died." Hearing this I burst into tears. I've known Becky since we were 7 and she has had that dog her whole life. I can't believe he died. "We need to go to your house." I said looking at Becky and Charlotte. We all get up and head out the door.
