Kyoya simply smiled at me, "Am I not?"
"Well I suppose so. I mean, we did spend a weekend together alone."
"Indeed we did."
I smirked, "And since we're now officially a couple, I can do this."
Kyoya looked at me curiously as I leaned in a kissed him, which he quickly returned.
I pulled back and began giggling uncontrollably.
"Whats so funny?"
"Oh nothing. I'm just thinking of how my father is going to react if he sees us kissing." I continued giggling.
Kyoya just chuckled.
---------------------------------------------
The rest of the day was spent at the cafe, talking about whatever the situation called for. It was fun just being able to have a conversation with him.Sadly, like all good things, the day came to an end. So Kyoya walked me back to the cottage and helped me repack my bag. It didn't take too long.
When we were both packed, Kyoya lead me to the limo and we drove home. I'm going to miss that cottage. But mostly I'm going to miss spending so much time with Kyoya.
We reached my home at 9:30. The sun was setting and it was beginning to get dark. Hope my parents don't freak about how late I am.
"Thanks again for everything Kyoya." I said as he carried my bag for me.
"You're very welcome (f/n)."
"You don't have to walk me to the door you know."
"A gentleman always makes sure the lady is safe in her home before leaving."
I giggled, "Have it your way."
Kyoya walked behind me, still carrying my bag, and followed me to my door. I opened it and stepped inside, I didn't expect Kyoya to come in also. Oh well.
"Mom! Dad! I'm home!"
"(F/n)!" my mom called as she ran down the stairs and engulfed me in a bear hug.
My dad followed suit and soon I was squished between both parents, struggling for air.
"Mom......Dad.......need.........to breathe!"
"Oh sorry sweetie!" they released their death grip on me and allowed me to catch my breath.
I just laughed it off, "It's fine mom."
Before I knew it my father was hounding Kyoya.....again. What was it this time? Did Kyoya's silence offend my dad? You never know with him.
"Dad? Whats wrong?"
"You were supposed to call us every few hours. Instead you went the whole weekend without evening letting us know that you got there okay." oh crap! I totally forgot!
"I'm really sorry dad, I totally forgot about calling you guys. We were having so much fun that it completely slipped my mind."
"I'm so glad you had fun sweetie!" my mom said while giving me another hug.
"My apologies as well sir. You trusted me with your daughter and I betrayed that trust by forgetting the promise we made to call you. This is as much my fault as anyone's." Kyoya said calmly. Seriously, this guy could calm a wild bore with just a few words!
My father cleared his throat, "Well, just be sure this sort of thing never happens again."
"Yes sir."
"Good. Now (f/n) say goodbye to Mr. Ootori, it's time we all get to sleep."
"Okay dad."
I walked past my father and was now right in front of Kyoya. He looked at me with a small smile on his face. He's so cute!
"Thank you for the awesome weekend Kyoya, it was a lot of fun." I smiled up at him.
"Well thank you for sharing it with me."
"I'll see you at school, okay?"
"Sounds good."
"Goodnight Kyoya."
Kyoya placed a hand on my cheek and leaned down to kiss me. Right in front of my dad! That cheeky little- (A/N: Language!)
Kyoya pulled away and had a smirk on his face, "Goodnight my dear (f/n)."
Then Kyoya turned and left, leaving me standing there with a dark blush on my face. Did he really just do that? Was this his revenge for the whole 'dress being too tight' thing?
I turned around to see my mother squealing and my father with a face just as red as mine, "(f/n) (m/n) (l/n)!"
I laughed, "Yes father?"
KYOYAS POV:
I knew her father was right there watching us, but I just couldn't help myself. (F/n) always looks so cute and the fact that now her parents know about us just makes it all better. Now all that has to be done is to inform my father on my relationship with (f/n).
I reached home not long after leaving (f/n)'s house, although mine is significantly larger than her's. I got out of the limo and headed inside to confront my father. He is most likely in his study.
Sure enough I found him at his desk, in his study typing away at his computer. It's not that unusual that he would be working this late at night. However it is unusual that he isn't in the company of at least one of my brothers.
"May I enter?"
"You already have. No use stopping you at this moment."
I walked up to his desk and stood there waiting for his acknowledgement. When I received none, I cleared my throat.
"What is it Kyoya? Can't you see I'm busy running a company. Something you will never understand."
I mentally winced at his comment, "I understand you're busy sir, but if you could spare a moment of your time. I have something important I need to discuss with you."
"If it's about that girl, I don't want to hear it."
"She's not just 'that girl' sir. She is a very important person to me and I think she deserves some respect."
My father looked up from his computer screen and gave me a stern glare, "I could care less about her importance to you Kyoya. You have become very disobedient and disrespectful ever since you began conversing with this.....(f/n), and I believe it's time you end all connections with her."
"With all due respect sir, I cannot do that."
"And why is that?"
"Because I believe I'm in love with (f/n) (l/n)."
My father scoffed, "Love is a privilege you do not have the right to. Now get out of my sight."
I had to clench both my teeth and my fists to not reach across the desk and punch him. I swear, I will never become the man my father is. And I will never just end my relationship with the girl I love because of him.
