*Pranshula's P.O.V.*
"Did I just saw a lion licking Nialler? Or am I just imagining it?" Harry asked, horror written on his face.
"Er.. Yeah.. Um.. Yup. You saw a lion licking me." Niall said, moving away from the lion.
"Are you crazy? What are thinking?" Zayn charged towards us and dragged both of us away from the lion.
"Woah! Woah! Calm down bro. We are safe. We.." Niall said, but soon got interrupted.
"How can I calm down? You both were so near to a lion! A Lion!" Zayn said, getting a little angry.
"Zaynie, calm down. The lion will not hurt any of us. Nialler and Pranu helped him. Relax mate." Louis said, giving a genuine smile towards Zayn.
"Yeah. Okay. I just got scared of the lion. I was just trying to protect my little bro and sis." Zayn said, fidgeting with his fingers.
"Aww. Zaynie." I said, while ruffling Zayn's hair.
"Ah! Not my hair." Zayn shrieked and I pouted.
"Okay. You can touch it." He said, after he saw me pouting.
I ruffled his hair even more and ended up messing up his hair quite badly, making Zayn huff and everybody laugh.
"By the way, we found nothing special in other labs. Did you find anything?" Liam asked.
"Nope nothing. Actually we didn't start our investigation. The lion came and so we got distracted." Harshita replied.
"But one thing. The transformation machine is not over here. Maybe it is hidden here or somewhere else." I added, hugging the lion.
Zayn gasped at the sight. "Relax bro." Niall chuckled at Zayn's reaction and patted his back.
"Wanna touch him?" I asked Zayn.
"No thank you. I don't wanna die young." Zayn said, giving me a 'are you crazy' look.
"What is this?" Gauri asked from the other end of the room. Immediately, all eyes were on Gauri and we all were surrounding her.
The counter at the other end of the lab, has an extra-ordinary flower, surrounded by a glass bell jar.
The colour of the flower makes it look so different. Never seen such a flower in my whole life. Otherwise it's just a normal rose.
As you know that each petal has two sides- the outer, facing the viewer and the inner, facing the pollen grains, ovaries etc. It has the same structure. A normal rose flower is red coloured from both the sides. But this flower in front of me is blood red coloured from inside and pitch black coloured from outside.
This single stalk of flower has a normal green stem, which passes through a hole made in the counter. You can even see violet coloured pollen grains, sprinkled on top of it. Actually, pollen grains are yellow in colour.
"Is this a flower?" Johamay asked.
"I think so." Gauri replied.
"Black and red coloured petals with violet coloured pollen grains? Woah! This is an artifical flower." I chuckled.
"Lemme remove the bell jar." Niall said, removing the bell jar, which surrounded the unusual flower.
As soon as Niall removed the bell jar, a sweet aroma filled my nostrils. The magnetising aroma of a rose flower's fragrance is filled in the room.
I sniffed the flower from near, confirming it.
"This isn't an artificial one! It's a fresh, rose flower." I broke the silence, a startled expression painted on my face.
