Infection

PROLOGUE

There was a scientist long ago in the country. It all happened before the dark time when evil had infected it. This scientist was a young and intelligent man with ambitions to somehow make the human race even better. During his studies he had read in an ancient scroll about the Ancients and how a human like creature had entered their civilization. The scrolls said that this creature surpassed man kind in every way. The creature was intelligent, strong and had a strong moral value. Excited, the young acuentist of course set out to the site of the ruins to find the creature, whom was contained by the Ancients. However what this scientist did not read in the scrolls would be the death sentence for the whole country.

"But this creature also surpassed the devil himself. Do not have any contact at all with the orb that this monstrosity is trapped in. Or the world will be infected."

This scientist in his vain brought the orb back to his laboratory and had started to attempt to crack it open, so he could have a conversation with the 'fine being'. How he was wrong.

When a single crack emerged onto the orb a black mass of swirling onyx drifted slowly out of the orb. The mass then developed two blood red eyes and the onyx smoke condensed to create two arms. Then with one turn of its eyes the scientist and the creature locked gazes. With a single malicious grin the creature entered the scientists body as the madness and evil seeped in...
