Everyone was quiet. It was the exact opposite reaction as to what people thought would be a media riot. But no, the fans had been sad and silent about the death of Alex Gaskarth.
They had seen the posts from Jack, who had decided to share the screenshots that revealed how the older had passed. There was no caps-locked tweets screaming about it, just simple 'I'm sorry's and 'We miss him's. Everyone was almost in denial about it.
All fans waited anxiously for the future of the band to be released. Surely, All Time Low was gone, without the vocalist. So when the Instagram notification for 'jackalltimelow has just posted a photo' came up, they were fast to press it.
It was unlike a picture that Jack would normally post. It was black and white, a storm cloud in the sky. The caption read: 'I will see you again today, my love', tagging Alex, even though the boy would never read it.
Jack's profile had changed. No longer did it read his normal, funny quote but it read a single lyric from Remembering Sunday: at home in the clouds.
