New American Girl

authors note : hey so this is my first story so sorry if it is a bit crappy but if you have any suggestions please leave them  down below and i will look at them and if you have any covers i can use you can send me them as well anyway lets get to the story 

I am waiting at the airport ready to board my plane to California ,  I didn't really want to go mainly because my best friend Adam lived here he has been my friend since we were little and i always know i can trust him , but he knows he can visit any time he wants. Were also going because my mum wants us to get away for a while, i wouldent blame not after she her found her boyfriend cheating on her she went ut with him a year after my dad died i was only  baby so i couldent be to sad. " Ready to go sweetheart" my mum says nugging me. " As ready as i'll ever be" i look down at  the floor " listen Jade i know this is hard on you, its hard on me too but were only going for 6 months we'll be back before you know it". i smile at her but  knew it was going to be long 6 months " lets go ". I get up and we board our plane , we take our seats and i prepare myself for a 11 hour journey. Yay i mentally say to myself 

After 11 hours on the plane we arrive in California we get off the plane and I felt gross my hair was everywhere and looked a state. I looked over to my mum whose face was beaming " Jade were here were in America ah " she says smiling i laugh at her knowing she's always wanted to go to america. We get a taxi to our new house. It was a normal house nothing special we walk in the house, and my mums face still smiling. " Right darling do you mind going up stairs and unpacking " " yeah sure". I walk upstairs to were my room was there was a bed already there and a closet and that was about it , the walls were all white and boring. I start to unpack all my clothes and put it in my closet. By the time i was done I felt like passing out ,i looked over at the time to see it was only 10:00am I groan that means I cant go to sleep so instead i go downstairs to see my mum passing around the living room looking stressed " mum what's up why are you looking stressed" I ask concerned. " oh honey its nothing, just my work asking if i can come in as soon as possible but i cant possibly leave you here all alone". She worked for a magazine company another reason why we had to move here. " mum go I'll be fine" she has always been over protective of me even though I'm 16. " are you sure honey i could stay" " mum go" " OK darling be safe OK", and with that she headed towards the door and left leaving me alone in the house. 

I decided to Facetime Adam since i haven't talked to him since I boarded the plane. " hey american girl what's up" he says his face beaming. " hey Adam and nothing much you know " he looked at me confused. " so your in america and nothings up how is it ? " " it OK I  guess ... its very different. I said not making eye contact. " is that a good different" he says " I guess I don't know yet" " well things are different without you here" he says looking sad. " yeah its different without you too, but i did say you can come and visit" " yeah I know and I am trying to safe up" " well hurry up and get your ass over here"  said laughing. " I really miss you Jade".  " I really miss you too I've got to go see you later" " bye ". I end the call and decide to get ready. I wear shorts a top and my vans i brush my hair and put some makeup on . I head downstairs and head out, there was a beach right next to my house so I go over and lay on the sand and look out to the sea. A few moments later i see at the corner of my eye someone sit next to me. " can I help you" I say looking at him. Wow he was gorgeous he had brown hair that sat perfectly on his head and hazel brown hair he looked perfect. "No just wanted to sit next to you. Are you knew around here haven't seen you around here" he says with a smirk , and sending me a wink ,I roll my eyes. "  yes,  I moved from England" I say avoiding eye contact, I could already tell he was a jerk, looks an be deceiving. " ah I thought I knew that accent from somewhere, I'm Alex and you are" he says still smirking dammit he's making this hard for me. " Jade" I say looking at him. "well nice to meet you Jade" he says while getting up and walking away. what just happened.
