Ch. 30: Dylan, Watch Out!

Lany's POV

"Your lying, Lany you swore, you'd never leave me!," Dylan yelled, his eyes bloodshot.

"I'm not lying, I'll be back soon, and we'll be back to the usual," I said, a couple of tears running down my cheeks.

"Yea, ok Lany, I'll see you never," he said, walking out the door. I stood there a few seconds, until I ran after him, yelling his name. I saw a car speeding up.

"Dylan, watch out!," I yelled. The car crashed into Dylan.

*end of nightmare*

"NOOO!!," I yelled, shooting up from bed. My cheeks were wet with tears. I put my face in my hands. The lights turned on and pair of hands wrapped around me.

"Shhhh, it's gonna be okay, I'm here," Cameron said, whispering in my ear. "It's just a dream, I'm here." I sobbed into his bare chest, while he ran his hand through my hair. I still remember that night like it was yesterday. His body was limp on the ground, my hands covered in blood, his body covered in blood. He was gone and I was lost. It took a while but I finally controlled myself and took in a deep breathe and sighed.

"You okay," he whispered and held my face in his hands. I turned my face, into his hand. I sighed one more time. And turned my head to look at him.

"Yea, I'm fine, I just had a nightmare," I said.

"You wanna talk about it," he asked.

I nodded my head yes.

"Go on, I'm here," he said.

"Back in Miami, I had a best friend, named Dylan, he had the prettiest pair of green eyes, and a smile that could light up the world, well that same week we moved here, we flew back to Miami to say goodbye, and that day I lost him, we got him a fight, I still remember what he told me before everything, he said, yea, ok Lany, I'll see you never, and he walked out, stood there a few second when I ran after him, I then saw a car speeding up and...," I started sobbing again.

"Hey, you don't have to continue," he said, intertwining our hand together.

"No, I want to," I said. "Then, the car crashed into Dylan, I ran to him, but he was gone. I still remember that night like it was yesterday, his body was limp on the ground, my hands covered him his blood, his body covered in blood. I lost him and I was lost, but now I have you," I said, getting closer to him and wrapping my legs around his waist, and leaned my head in his shoulder.

"What time is it?," I asked.

"It's 1:00 in the morning," he said.

"Let's go to sleep," I said.

"Okay," he said. He turned off the lamp. He lied down and I fell on top of him remembering I was wrapped around him. He chuckled and rolled me so I was lying next to him. I wrapped my arm around him and he touched my cheek and pecked my lips and I slowly went to sleep.

Cameron's POV

I barely got sleep last night. I couldn't stop thinking about how Lany went through that. It's 10:00 in the morning, I slowly got out of bed in only my boxers. I used the bathroom and went downstairs. Since Lany's and Jordan's parent went on a business trip yesterday. I stayed over. I look through the cabinets until I finally came across a box of frosted flakes. I grabbed a bowl and milk and poured myself some cereal. I began eating and when I was half way done. I felt a hand run down my back, sending chills down my spine. Then Lany's arms wrapped around me and her chin on my shoulder. She kissed my shoulder and I turned my head and kissed her.

"Good morning," I said, in between the kiss. We broke apart and I pressed my lips against her forehead.

"So what are we doing today," She asked.

"Whatever you wanna do," I said.

"Can we stay in bed all day?," She asked.

"Of course, love," and that's exactly what we did all day.

How are my people? I know I haven't updated in like a million years but school started and I haven't had time... But here I am again!!! Yayayayayay here's a new chapter. Picture in the top is Dylan. And what did you guys think of Lany's story??
