Newt's POV (Part 19)
All of a sudden all the lights came on and people were screaming "Surprise!" I smiled. Y/N was at my side not a hint of a smile on her face.
"You're really bad at bloody lying." She didn't say anything.
She leaned and whispered, "Surprise."
"This was your idea wasn't it?" She nodded. People were starting to crowd us now. "Thanks guys." They dragged me to the eating area and go me to eat. I looked around for Y/N she was no wear to be found.
"Newt do a speech!" Thomas yelled.
"No I don't think so." I shook my head. People started to chant my name. "Fine you bloody shanks!" I stood up. "Thanks guys this means a lot to me. Now, where the hell did Y/N go?" Everybody looked around.
"I have no idea." Thomas stood. "Y/N!" He yelled. There was a burst of laughter.
"I'm down hear idiots." She was sitting right across from Thomas. Everybody laughed. Soon after that Gally was challenged people to fight him.
"I think that all of us hear know that Y/N could whip our butts." Frypan said. Y/N looked up and sarcastically flipped her hair with her hand.
"Go on." Y/N said while all of us were cracking up.
"I think she should prove it." Gally said.
"Okay." Y/N moved her chair back.
"If you hurt my girlfriend I'll kill you." I said.
"If you hurt my sister I'll kill you." Thomas said.
"I'm not going to get hurt so it's not a problem." Y/N said. "And you two aren't going to stop me." She walked over to the yard.
"Y/N!" She ignored me.
"Ready set go!" Someone yelled. Y/N was just standing there. Gally came at her. And she side stepped. And kicked his stomach. He stubbled back. She turned and kicked him in the mouth. What was with that girl and the kicking? Gally fell to the ground. Y/N crouched to the ground.
"I think I win." She stood and walked away. She walked over to me.
"What the bloody hell is up with all the kicking?" I asked.
"As long as it works." She came up and kissed me. The room was filled with 'ohhhs'. She broke the kiss.
"I thought I told you not to hold your breath, Newt." Clint said.
"Who bloody cares, man." The whole room laughed.
