Now, why do you want to do this? Simple. Its the first step for every Ame genin who fills out a character form, and allows them to immediately be promoted from genin to Chunin! And, with every 2 new ninja behind an Akatsuki member, they may request a new room or upgrade an existing room including neutral ones to express their Akatsuki member's superiority all the more.
