Jace's pov
I'm so worried about her. What did Magnus mean when he said After tonight clary will be different? WHAT WAS HE GOING TO DO!!
While I was thinking Alec must have walked in. "Are you okay?" He asks. I look up, clearly showing the hurt in the face because he said "that bad huh?"
"Alec." I say "it's all my fault. Whatever happens to her it's all my fault!" I scream.
"ALEXANDER!" Maryse yelled from down stairs. "ALEXANDER CALL YOUR BOYFRIEND! WE NEED HIS HELP!"
She must not know yet. But before I could say anything Alec yelled back "OKAY MOM!"
Then he pulled out his phone.
Magnus's pov
"Yes Alexander." I say. Alec had called asking for assistance. I'm only going back because clary wanted to. She's been working on controlling the powers and I want to use this to help her.
"How soon can you be here?" Alexander asked over the phone. I look at Clary. She's ready already. "5 minutes," "perfect." See you soon.
Jace's pov
Alec just got off the phone. "MOM," he yells "THEY'LL BE HERE IN 5." "OKAY," she answers.
"Oh my god! 5 minutes! We'll get to see clary in 5 long minutes!" Izzy screams from the doorway. Then runs off.
Clary's pov
Magnus is making the portal. We step through. The first thing I see after my eyes adjust is izzy. "MAGNUS!" She yells then looks at me. "Clary?"
