Summary:

In the world there is the existence of Select humans called Minimum Holders have been discovered to possess supernatural abilities known as 'Minor Miracles' or 'The Minimum'.
Own opinion:
Hamatora! Such an amazing anime which is also a little bit underrated by other fans. It has two seasons so how could you miss this show? I really want more anime fans to discovered this anime because it has a pretty good plot and unique characters. With its amazing twist it will really leave you hanging as you finish every episode. It's pretty slow paced at the beginning but I'm sure you'll love the surprises in the last episodes of the first season. Such a great anime so I'm thankful somebody recommended this show.
