                                           THREE WEEKS LATER.

"Sam, need help?" Art called out as Sam began to put up his tent.

Sam nodded and Art helped him set it up.

"Thanks," Sam grinned.

"No problem," Art grinned back.

"You've helped with everything else," Ash said coming up to them.

"Yeah, the fire's done, the tents are all in the right places, we have a ton of firewood and we have candy!" Jasmine cheered right behind her brother.

They were all wearing jeans and hiking boots with long sleeved t-shirts.

Sam shrugged.

"Before my dad got . . .like he is, we use to go camping a lot," He told them.

"Awesome," Ash commented.

"Oh, look!" Jasmine squealed and pointed at the sky.

The men looked up and saw a rainbow cross the sky.

Jasmine laughed and yelled for Jane.

"What's the matter?" Jane and Davy hurried up to them.

"Mama, look a rainbow! Want to find the end?" Jasmine asked her eyes twinkling.

Jane laughed and took off running with Jasmine behind her.

They were both laughing as they ran to found the end of the rainbow.

Sam watched them with something close to longing.

"They do that every time they see a rainbow," Davy told him.

"That's cool," Sam said then realized all the men were looking at him.

"What?" He asked defensibly.

"Only you would say something like that," Art rolled his eyes.

"Oh come on, you honestly can't tell me you've never did it before and didn't find it at least a little bit of fun," Sam pointed out and all three men flushed.

"Thought so," Sam laughed.

"Well, I'm sure you did too," Ash defended himself.

"I wasn't aloud too, my father thought it was too silly," Sam said not a little bitterly.

Jane and Jasmine were back and heard this.

"Let's go swimming," Jane said grinning.

"Why?" Sam asked still staring at the sky.

"Because it's fun," Jasmine poked him in the side and he finally looked at her.

And instantly caved when he saw her face.

"Oh, alright," He sighed.

"Iron will man," Art said mournfully.

They all changed into swimming clothes and went to the pond.

Sam winked at Art and Ash, who were watching him.

"Um, Jas would you help me for a minute," Sam called out a little hesitantly.

"Don't tell me you've never been swimming!" Jasmine asked disbelief in her eyes and she came to stand next to him.

Sam didn't answer just let out a little groan.

"Are you okay?" Jasmine asked instantly concerned.

Sam straightened and smiled wickedly at her, then before she knew what he was doing he grabbed her and threw her into the pond. She came up sputtering and screeching.
