Bethany's P.O.V
"Guys we have a problem other than Pepper being kidnapped, HYDRA after us and not being able to find Loki and Adrienne." Deanna's whined as she walked outside to join everyone else. We were all cooling off after the phone call and Deanna had finished up the call with Rhodey.
"We have another problem?" I groaned.
"Yeah." Deanna nodded. "Turns out before he phoned us Rhodey was forced to report the fact Pepper was missing to S.H.E.I.L.D."
"Say what?!" Everyone yelled, making Deanna jump and cringe slightly.
"Marie was the one who spoke to Rhodey. Apparently she needed to know the last few places Pepper had been, so the Iron Patriot ended up giving away our location." Deanna grumbled. "He also added we now have Sargent Barnes as Sargent Barnes and the Falcon."
"Typical." I growled slightly. "We have to do something quickly before Fury gets to us and holds us up."
"There's still one more video Jamelah left for us we haven't watched." Bruce said calmly. "Maybe that will give us a clue." Nodding we all entered the house once again and headed to the living room. Everyone stood around as Bruce placed the DVD in and set it up.
When the video began to play it wasn't a normal one with her talking. This time it was a far off view, Jamelah quite far away from the camera. In her hand she held a sword and was swinging it around and taking off the heads of different dummies that approached her.
This lasted for a minute or so before dummies stopped approaching her, signalling there was no more. Agent Ingley then spun the handle of the blade around her hand, spun the sword in a circle at her side before slipping it into its holder that was strapped to her back.
"What the-?" I was cut off when the video shifted to its normal view point, Jamelah looking at us all.
"Training won't help you as much as you hope." She spoke, her voice far off. "HYDRA will always have new weapons and tactics, not only that they change bases often, at least they did. Recently we've noticed a decrease of HYDRA activity in America, instead the attacks are now more focused on England."
Rolling my eyes I folded my arms and listened. "We believe that HYDRA has been taken over by a new villain, one that seems to know England quite well. One of the places that hold the main activity is Birmingham, the very place Agent Lloyd and Agent Chalmers grew up."
My body stiffened and Deanna's eyes widened. Steve gently placed his hand in my shoulder in comfort as the red head on the screen continued. "Be careful, we don't know anything about this new threat and we do not know what they are capable of. Agent Ingley out."
The screen went blank and an unsettling silence flooded the room. Suddenly a pain struck my head, causing me to gasp in pain and stumble back into Steve. "Beth?" The super soldier asked as everyone else turned to face us.
"Beth!" Deanna yelled, grabbing my hands and dragging me to the sofa. As I sat another pain struck my head, causing me to gasp again. Everyone went quite, Steve next to me and Deanna kneeling in front of me. No one moved, no one spoke and no one breathed by the sounds of the silence.
"I remember what I was supposed to tell you!" I yelled out suddenly, making everyone jump and confusing me. "Loki was at the party last night!" I exclaimed, finally remembering. "He said that would be our last celebration because they were coming to end us!"
"They as in him, Adrienne and their son?" Thor asked.
"I don't know." I confessed. "But it sounded like he was talking about more than three people. He knows he and Adrienne can't defeat us that easily."
"Great so they've got an army backing them up." Sam muttered.
"Not just any army." I said. "It has to by HYDRA!"'
"I suppose, only Adrienne and Loki would know about Pepper and the places she goes, I mean Loki lived with you before we came along." Deanna agreed. "That would also explain HYDRA moving to Birmingham, Adrienne grew up there too, she'd know everything."
"So we need to go to Birmingham?" Bucky asked, folding his arms.
"I guess so." Sofia agreed.
"But not before the girls get their new weapons." Tony interrupted, glancing at Sam.
"What?" Me and Deanna questioned in sync.
