Bethany's P.O.V

"So what's happening with the Winter Soldier?" Agent Samson asked when Deanna and I entered the training room. Deanna rolled her eyes as she tied her hair up and shook her head at me, silently telling me me not to get into with the Agents in the room.

"That's none of your concern right now Agent." I replied. "Right now all that you need to know is he is still in custody and we are trying to help him."

"Help him how?" Someone else asked.

"I thought Angel told you it was none of your concern." Deanna said loudly, her mask slipping over her eyes.

"But-"

"Butts are for sitting on Agents, now you have training to do." Deanna interrupted. Suddenly a wooden knife was thrown in my direction, causing my left hand to zip up and catch it. "Defending yourself from a knife." Deanna announced, smirking at me slightly causing me to roll my eyes.

"The trick here is to move quickly." I continued. "Stay away from your attacker until you can get a clear shot in without being cut."

"This is where your speed will be tested as well as your ability to know your surrounds." Deanna added. "How well can you walk, jog and jump backwards?" As she finished I dived forward and thrust the wooden knife towards her, causing her to jump backwards and bend away from the 'weapon'.

This continued a few times over until my blonde friend bent backwards into a handstand, kicking the knife out of my hands as she landed back on her feet a few meters away from me. "Thanks." She grinned, grabbing the wooden weapon from mid air.

"You expect us to do that?" A female voice asked from the back of the group.

"The backflip?" Deanna asked. "No. The avoiding the knife? Yes."

"Before you could even be considered Agents of any kind you had to go through a physical test anyway." I reminded them. "It tested your stamina, your ability to move in any direction and others. For this you simply need you ability to move backwards quickly, it's easy."

Deanna the threw me another wooden knife, the one she stood off me still in her right hand. "Split yourselves into two teams, one team against me one team against Angel." Deanna ordered. "You have five minuets to discuss tactics in how you're going to do it. Go!"

"This is such a bad idea." I murmured as Deanna made her way quickly over to me.

"Look, we both know we're more skilled than them." Deanna reassured me, her hand placed gently on my shoulder. "They won't be able to take the knifes, but if we do it one at a time it could take forever. This was we can see how they work in teams and how far we have to go till they master this."

"We're ready!" Everyone yelled at once. Deanna winked at me and retook her position away from me.

"Go!" I yelled, preparing for the oncoming storm. All the Agents jumped into action and ran forward, trying to take us both by surprise. As they came forward I noticed both teams had different approaches yet both were going with a fast attack, Deanna noticed it too for she smirked over at me.

A/N

I know it's probably a terrible chapter for it is just a filler because there is a lot of action to come and I needed this to fill in just before we got to all the action. Thanks for reading and please:
