1st Step - STOP CRYING AND STOP THINKING ABOUT HIM/HER AND ABOUT THE MEMORIES YOU'VE SHARED.

-You don't need to waste your time thinking about how happy you are with him/her before, what you need to do is to avoid yourself from thinking about him/her, you know why? Cause when you're not remembering him/her , you'll not remember the feelings anymore. :)

2nd Step - AVOID CONNECTING THINGS WHICH ARE HAPPENING TO YOU TO WHAT HAPPENED IN THE PAST.

-Don't take every moment as a memorable one, if you just take each moment as a normal happening you can help yourself to move on faster, because the special moments that happened to you before will be replaced by something which is just normal and common. :)

3rd Step - THINK ABOUT THE REALITY.

-When you still feel the pain because of the fact that he/she left you, do you think he/she feels the same way too?, when you're crying at night because you remembered your happy moments together, do you think he/she is also crying like you do?, when you're hurting yourself because you couldn't bare with the heartache, do you think he/she is doing the same? Instead of wasting your time punishing yourself, why don't you relax and just change that attitude of yours. Instead of hurting yourself just focus on people who give importance to you, by that maybe you can find that "mr. right or ms.right" for you. :)


Try to do these steps. It'll help you. Just be sure to have discipline and avoid remembering things about him. :D
