/In this part you'll know if the first 6 steps are effective, you know why? Cause when you saw him/her again and you didn't feel the same pain like before it means you already get over him/her. Because some people only say that they're already moved on but when they see the person everything comes back. The best thing to do to move on is to help yourself, help yourself in every process of moving on, it'll help you get over him/her faster.
