Chapter 18: Niall's pain

Niall's POV

After I got off the phone with Louis, I mentally cursed myself. Now he's going to think I'm cheating on Jessa. I'm not though. I was going for a run to clear my head when he called. While I was talking to him Annabeth came up to me. I don't know how she found me, but she did. I quickly hung up the phone before she could ask who I was talking to.

"Heyyy baby." Annabeth said, skipping up to me and trying to hug me. I pushed her off. She frowned slightly.

"How did you find me Anna?" I asked. She smirked.

"I follow you every where hun." she told me. I felt my anger growing, little by little.

"Well thanks to you, my best friend thinks I'm cheating on my girlfriend." I hissed.

"What!?" she shouted. "You have a girlfriend!?"

"Yeah, I do." I said, trying to keep my calm. "I love her too."

"Well she won't be around for long." she growled. She started running towards the hospital. I sprinted after her. She was faster than me, so I quickly texted Liam.

N: Liam, Anna is going after Jessa and I can't catch her.

L: And I'm supposed to believe that because??

N: Cause I would never cheat on Jessa. I swear I wouldn't. You know me Li. I don't lie.

L: For some reason, I'm believing you. I'll have Louis and Zayn on the look out. Your lucky we haven't told Jessa yet.

N: Thanks Li. Your the best.

I started running again. By the time I got to the elevator, Anna was already closing the doors. I cursed loudly and started for the stairs. I got to Jessa's floor and saw Zayn fighting with Anna. I ran faster and tackled her. She started kicking, scratching, and biting.

"Stop it!" I shouted. She stopped, looking at me shocked. I got up and she just laid there.

"Nurse, call the police!" Louis yelled from Jessa's room. I ran into her room and took her from Louis. She was sobbing, clearly afraid. She just clung to me and sobbed. I just stroked her head and kissed her forehead. The police came and took away Anna, claiming she was clinically insane. I had already knew that though. Anyone who tried to kill my Jessabelle was insane to think I wouldn't stop them every time.
