Niall's POV
When Jessa came to the car, all the boys couldn't help but stare. Who wouldn't though?? She looked gorgeous. I noticed her shifting back and forth a little after a little bit. Liam started the car and she climbed in the seat next to him. I glared at the back of his head. Jessa and I hadn't spoke since the kiss. It had me a little bit nervous. My phone buzzed and I saw it was a text from Jessa.
J: I'm nervous.
N: Why??
J: I've never been to a party before, let alone worn a dress like this.
N: Don't worry, I'll help you through the party. You look beautiful, too.
J: Thanks Niall(: I'm glad that we're talking right now. I'm kinda tired of texting Harry lol.
N: He does tire you out doesn't he?? lol
J: Yupp lol. Well it looks like we're here.
I climbed out of the car and ran to Jessa's side of the car. I opened the door and held my hand out to her. She smiled and took my hand. I helped her out of the car and she took my arm. Harry lead us inside just as other people started coming. Apparently, Harry had gone all out this time because there was a DJ. When he saw people coming he started playing music. Jessa got all excited when she heard the song he played first. It was Turn Up The Love by Far East Movement (ft. Cover Drive). She automatically when into the living room and started dancing. I laughed and followed her. The boys followed us and started dancing too. Everyone else was just watching as Jessa jumped on the coffee table and started singing the Cover Drive part while dancing. I laughed as Louis jumped up next to her and started doing the Far East Movement part. Soon everyone was dancing.
We had been dancing and having fun for a while until Jessa gasped. I looked where she was looking ans saw a guy followed by a few others walk in. Jessa looked at me funny and ran into the kitchen. I followed her. When I got there, she was throwing up in the sink.
"Jessa are you alright??" I asked worried. She shook her head.
"That guy that just walked in, I know him." she whispered.
"Who is it?" I replied curious.
"My ex Joey." she said. My heart dropped. "Niall, I haven't dated him since middle school so its ok. I'm just shocked to see him here." I walked up to her and hugged her. She hugged me back and I kissed her forehead.
"We can leave if you want." I told her. She shook her head again.
"I still haven't done my last song yet." She replied, smiling at me. I chuckled and nodded. We walked out of the kitchen holding hands. Joey, seeing Jessa, walked over to us. Her eyes just widened.
Jessa's POV
"Hello Jessabelle." Joey said. I looked at him in pure shock. He hadn't spoke to me in almost 3 years.
"What do you want Joey?" I snarled, surprising myself at how strong my voice was.
"Just came to a party." He replied. "Surprised to see you here, especially wearing that." He was looking my up and down. I shuddered.
"How about you go stare at some other girl and leave me alone." I hissed. He looked at me like I was a goddess.
"Come on Jessy, don't be like that." He cooed. "Its me we're talking about here."
"Yeah, I know." I said. "I mean exactly what I said. Leave me alone!" By that time Liam had walked over.
"Everything okay over here??" He asked, glaring at Joey. He was a whole foot taller than Joey so Joey was looking up at him.
"Yeah, every things cool." Joey said, "We were just leaving." He walked away with his crew. I sighed in relief, but not before Joey came running back over and kissed me on the mouth.
"I still like you Jessy." He whispered in my ear before walking away again.
"Lier!!" I screamed at his retreating back. My phone buzzed. It was a text from Joey.
Joey: I never lie babe.
Jessa: Don't call me babe!
Joey: I still do like you though
Jessa: .....
He stopped texting me and I ran upstairs. I ended up in Harry's room. I was about to leave when Niall came bursting into the room. I sat on the bed and started sobbing. All the terrible memories that I had hidden in my mind came rushing up. Niall just sat on the bed and held me. I ended up crying myself to sleep before 2 a.m.
