I looked around the room for any sort of clues about where I could possibly be: pictures, notes, details. Of course there was nothing in this surprisingly clean and minimalist apartment. Without shaking the bed or waking up Mr. Mystery, I managed to stand and recover all of my clothes. I somehow found the bathroom not far from the bedroom, dressed myself and took a long, hard look in the mirror. Although my heart wanted me to scold myself for sleeping with a total stranger last night, something in me was rejoicing because I actually didn't look like the hot mess I thought I would. Good for you, Lia!

Sneaking off, I weaved my way through the small living room and found the front door. Turning the knob, I was ready to take on whatever part of whatever town I ended up in last night.

"Hey Cinderella, you left your phone," a distinctly male voice said from behind me. Turning my head, I caught my first glimpse of the second man I'd ever been with, and, let me tell you, he looked a lot better than the first one. I caught my mouth open wide while taking all of him in - dressed only in boxers, with a finely toned body and a jawline so sharp it could cut a diamond, with brown hair, tousled in all the right ways. Getting myself under control, I took a few steps forward to this Greek god.

"Thank you," I barely managed to get out. I don't know how a girl like me could be expected to use all of her bodily functions right when staring right into the dark blue eyes of someone like Mr. Mystery.

He flashed me a smile and I swear every being of me melted into a pile on the floor of this man's entry way. "I've seen a lot of girls about to do the walk of shame, but I've never seen somebody do it that looks as lovely as you do." This is it for me, this is the way I am dying. "Why don't you stay a little bit longer? It's still early. Let me make you a coffee, or something," he proposed as he ran his hands through his already messy hair. And I hadn't even noticed his accent before, slightly British but with a little bit of American twang to it. No wonder I went home with him.

"Of course!" I said a little too enthusiastically. "I mean, I'd love to... stay and have coffee with you." Keep it together, Lia.

A smile crawled across his face. "Fantastic. I'll go in the kitchen and see what I can't whip up for us, make yourself right at home," he said as he literally ran off into the kitchen. I'm talking more than a light jog, people.

I took in the place around me, neat and well kept. With nothing else to do, I turned my phone on to see that I had no less than seventy missed calls from Tyler, but thankfully none from my mother. I decided to respond to his most recent text.

Tyler: ARE YOU FUCKING RETARDED WHY WOULD YOU LEAVE THIS BAR WITH SOMEONE YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! but he's cute tho so hope ur ok call me later xoxox

"I'm fine!!! Do you happen to know this guy's name??? I can't remember a thing from last night and am too embarrassed to ask"

Instantly, a reply came through: NO ONE knows this guy!! I even asked the bartender.... but take ur time!!! Called Momma Lisa already, we're set for the whole day but have to be home by ten... have fun xoxoxox

Trying not to freak out, I turned the power off on my cell phone and walked into the kitchen. Pouring two matching cups of glorious coffee was Mr. Mystery. "Cream or sugar, lovely?"

"Both please," I answered, curious about the nickname. "Why do you keep calling me lovely?"

Smiling to himself, he never looked up to meet my eyes. "Well, I would call you beautiful or sexy or something along those lines, but 'Good morning, beautiful' is a little too cliche for me and I don't know anyone that wants to hear 'Good morning, you little sexy thing' as soon as they wake up in the morning." I nodded, seeing exactly where he was coming from and also appreciating and enjoying this move I'm sure he had played on countless other women. "That, and you never told me your name. Which made it really hard to figure out what to yell last night at the end of our - "
