The Next Morning

Peaches is sleeping in a chair in the ICU next to her son, she wakes up goes into the bathroom & looks in the mirror she sees that she hasn't had good enough sleep wear she is starting to have bags under her eyes

"God, I hope you hear me all ask of you is to please help my family at this time, I don't know what else to do, I am so tired & drained I just want my family back. I wish my husband were here with me when I truly need him but he is in your hands &  I hope you bless his soul by bringing him back to me.

Please watch over my brother as he is on the path of destroying himself I can't stand to loose someone else close to me I know my brother isn't in his right state of  mind right now please show my brother path where he can find himself, please mercy on my baby boy is just a small baby who doesn't deserve this if he isn't meant to be with me do not let my baby boy suffer any longer I can't stand it I love him so much. But please watch over everyone in your name I pray amen"

Peaches go back into the room she wipes her tears as she looks at her son sleeping peacefully she smiles

"Your just like your father a fighter I know you & him will pull through this situation stronger then ever before"

Valentin is waiting for the result when he sees the nurse he follows her into the room

"Well"

"What I have the results?"

"No what do they say?"

"Well Tyree Rivera Sr. is the biological father of Tyree Rivera Jr."

"Get to changing it now"

"No this baby needs the blood from him or he will die"

"Your gonna give what he needs just change the result of the test"

She changes the results of the test as he is pointing the gun at her

"There it's changed"

"Good now print it out & give me the real test"

She hands him the real test & prints out the fake one

"Now go give his mother the test results"

Valentin open the door pushes the nurse outta of the room closing the door quickly, he opens the real test results

"You were never mine but now everyone will think you are & it's gonna stay that way. When or if my son wakes up he will think the same as will"

The nurse knocks on the door & Peaches opens it

"Hello"

"I have the results for your DNA test"

"Oh thank you"

As she hands her the test results she keeps her head down & Peaches can feel something is wrong

"Is there something wrong? are you ok?"

The nurse remembered what Valentin said to her

"Nothing is wrong I am OK"

She leaves, Peaches closes the door & sits in the chair. She opens envelop beginning to read the results & Jay walks in the room

"No No No! oh my god no"

"What's wrong why are you yelling?"

She breaks down in tears throwing the test across the room, Jay picks it up

"That test has to be wrong"

"Tyree isn't the father who else did you have sex with?"

"The only man who is a possible match is Valentin"

"Didn't you say you were already pregnant when he raped you"

"I was, I found out before he raped me but I don't understand how Tyree isn't a match"

"Well this test says that he isn't a match what are you gonna do now?"

"I don't know, that test has to be a mistake something isn't right here plus what are you even doing here?"

"What I can't visit my nephew?"

She stays quite as she takes the test from his hand & takes another look at it trying to see if anything is a mistake but its 100 percent real

"What am I gonna do my baby needs this blood transfusion I don't wanna loose him I can't loose my baby"

She breaks down in the chair covering her face with her hands, Jay smirks at his sister knowing what Valentin has done

"Everything will be alright you just gotta pray things will be OK"

"I hope so, this is just too much deal with right now I wanna be alone with my son please can you give us a minute"

"Sure I will here if you need me I am here for you Peaches I love you"

Peaches half smiles at Jay as she hugs him. Jay's face is serious as the thoughts of Valentin's plan running threw his head

Last Night

Jay is in his apartment when he hears a knock on the door & he looks to see it's Valentin

"What do you want from me now?"

"I have a plan to get you your sister to be with me"

"Why you want my sister she isn't gonna be with you"

"She is when I roll out the plan I have in mind"

Valentin explains to Jay the plan he has to win Peaches over

Jay is hugging Peaches not feeling any type of emotion knowing how bad he is gonna hurt her

"Well I gotta go alright keep me update with what your gonna do"

"Alright I will"

He leaves the room when he sees Valentin talking to a nurse he hides behind the wall he overhears their conversation

"Now you gonna take my DNA & instead of using my DNA your going to give Tyree's but its gonna be labeled with my name over his make sense to you"

"This is so wrong I can't continue to do this to that poor woman, she is so nice & sweet why are you doing this to her she clearly has been through enough as it is"

"Everything I am doing is none of your business so shut up & do as I say before I show your supervisor this is little picture I took of you changing the names on the DNA test"

"You can't do that I will loose my license for good"

"I can & I will if you don't do as I say"

She walks to the DNA lab with him then he leaves the hospital
