chapter 1: "the start"

Marco took a deep breath, "Sh-should I confess..No..Jean doesn't even know I exist..." Marco looked around the corner of the hall, hiding behind the wall, peeping at Jean talking to Connie. Connie then started walking around the Highschool hall and bumped into Marco and fell on the ground dramatically. "Aah! Watch where you're going dumbass!" Connie looked up seeing Marco's friendly smile fade, Connie's eyes widened. "Oh i'm so sorry, Dude! I didn't know it was you!!" Marco started to smiled and helped Connie up. "Hey, Marco... How come you're always watching Jean?-" Connie's eyes widened. "Marco are you gay?! You know that's not normal in Trost! They'll call you names and..!-" Marco cut Connie off, "No Connie, I'm not gay..." Marco lied for his own safety, he didn't know why everyone disliked Homosexual's in Trost so much. Connie sighed in relief "Oh good!-" Connie cut himself off by looking at the clock above the lockers, "Shit! I'm gonna be late to English, i-i gotta go bye!!" And just like that Connie started sprinting. Marco let out a chuckle "You still had another minute before the bell rang.." Mumbled Marco.

Marco started walking in the hallway he was watching Jean in, not noticing, he bumped into Jean.

Marco saw Jean standing in front of him and got nervous, blushing faintly. "J-Jean! I-i'm so sorry!! I wasn't paying attention!!-" Jean cut him off "Don't worry about it, Marco! It's not like I dramatically fell on the ground and faked an injury!" "Y-yeah..." Replied Marco. Marco was looking at the floor tiles and Jean was looking at Marco's freckles. "M-Marco, do you maybe want to sit with me and Connie at lunch?" Marco felt his face burn with blush, he was finally being noticed by the guy he liked since grade school, it's a miracle they are in the same highschool together. Marco's eyes slowly looked up, into Jean's eyes and nodded his head. "Gr-great." Jean gave Marco a smile and they both walked in different directions.

Okay, I think I spent too much on Marco, sorry!! Not enough Jean! Sorryyy!! I'll start more with Jean in the next chapter! And this will be my first time writing a fanfiction woo! And there will be smut, so, yeah.. I just gotta... *quickly writes other chapters*-- okay I'm getting carried away, but also I would like to apologize for spending time on Connie which should have been concentrated on Jean, and also for the short chapter because it may or may not be 6:00am in the morning and I may or may not have slept yet, but hey, at least I'm writing everyone's favorite yaoi ship JeanMarco? Heh, okay I'm gonna sleep now...
