Lightning and Arrow's(Barry Allen Love Story)

First Date

For the past day I have been helping Barry with his job. He has been really busy being The Flash, so I have been helping him keep his job. Barry hasn't told me where we are going, he only told Iris and she is helping me pick out an outfit. I am heading over to Iris's to see what she has planned for me.

I knock on the door.

"Hey, Nina, are you ready for your date?" She asked.

"I'm very nervous." I looked down at my shoes.

Iris brought me to her room and we tried on many dresses, shirt, skirts, jeans, shoes even.

"Are you stalling me?" I asked.

"Yeah, sorry, Barry said he might me late because something at Star Labs came up and they wanted to do another test on him to make sure and-" I cut her off.

"Iris, its okay I get it, Just tell me when he get here, I'm going to go pick an outfit.

I walked into her closet and picked out a red dress that went up to my knees and black converse shoes. Iris said it might be cold, so I brought a black leather jacket with me. I walked out and heard Iris talking on the phone.

"Barry get your ass overhear. "

"I don't care if your going to be late, just get over here."

"One more question, are you going to finally tell her you love here." WHAT???

"YES finally Barry, now get here."

I walked out calmly and ask Iris if this was alright.

"Perfect." She said.

Iris heard the door open and she told me to wait upstairs so "I can make my grand entrance." Well, I'm probably going to fall.

"Nina, come down here." Iris yelled.

I grabbed my phone and walked down the stair. I found Barry's eyes and I couldn't keep my eyes off of them. I saw blood on his leg. I walked down calmly and found myself to Barry's side. I put my arm around his him and helped him stand up.

"Well you too have fun, and use protection." Iris said.

I helped Barry walk out.

"Barry, what happened?" I asked.

"A new medahuman, who can control electricity, hit me in the leg and my leg is still healing." He explained.

"How long did Caitlin say it would take to heal?" I asked.

"About 1 hour." He said. I brought Barry over to the park across the street. We sat at the bench and just talked for 2 hours.
