Keisha's POV

We got up and ran following the three strangers and let me tell you leaving this place was easier said than done.People dressed in Japanese kimonos were wearing some ancient Egyptian head gear and we're going around around killing the students.Those that got killed came back to life as mummies and went around killing others.The woman stopped us at the sports hall and we all walked in.

"Are we hiding out here?"Carly asked.

"Yokai smell fear.They will definitely smell yours and there's nothing they love more than trembling scared young human girls."The guy that came with me said.

"Yokai?"Recca asked.

"We are here to get sports equipment.I believe this is were they are kept.With this you wouldn't be so useless."The woman said bluntly.

"Don't worry Rebecca,"the guy that came with Carly said. "In time you'll understand.You'll all understand.I know you're scared and confused but hold on a little bit longer."

Yup,he's my favourite.He isn't rude and annoying and he's very reassuring."What's your name?"

"Save the introduction for later,"the woman said tossing me a baseball bat "all you need to know that no one is responsible for you so if you die..well you understand."

What does she mean "no one is responsible for us"?Last time I checked they were here to save us!Huh?"You only gave the four of us baseball bats but what about the three of you?"

"We are not weak like you.We are very capable of taking care of ourselves.Especially level one Yokai's like these.Let us go,we've wasted enough time."The woman brought out a fan from her pocket and made a striking movement with it and immediately the hand fan was replaced with a wooden sword.

Shit.No matter how much we hit them they keep coming back.Well Cleo,I guess you did you're homework for once.Damn you Topaz,look what your stupid training did.We cannot use our powers because you have sealed it away.Now look,we are helpless and are unable to defend ourselves properly,there isn't much of a chance in this human body.The only shot we have is making it to Peter's place.

"Why are there so many of them?!"Keisha said whacking Cleo's Yokai with the bat.She reminded me so much of Clarissa.She's small and thin like Clarissa but I can see a lot of potential in her.

"Eww look at me I'm covered in blood.You asshole!Can you not see,these are an original pair of shoes by Chanel and you dare stain it like this!"Carly said whacking its head off in one swing.This one is more like Malha but there's still a lot of potential in her too.In all of them.Except I don't recall who that boy is.I better keep a close eye on him.

I picked up one of the Yokais by the neck and squeezed it and tossed it aside watching it hit and kill three more Yokai.Weaklings.

"Guys,we cannot kill them all of at this rate!"Alex said fighting one off."I suggest we just start going and fight them off on the way."

"He's right,"Rhoda said jumping in and beating them all with her stick."We should go now.Besides,"she continued,kicking them away from her"this body is getting weaker.It needs rest.We can use one of the vehicles outside.We should try to find Peter by tomorrow night at the latest."

I scanned around for an exit."There!Lets go this-"

"MARK!"

I twisted my head backwards to see Keisha sitting beside the boy who was laying on the floor.But why?What happened?"Did he get shot?"

"No!"Keisha said with tears streaming down her cheeks.Her lips twitched while crying.Just the way Suki's used to."The mummy bit him and ..and..I don't know!"she sobbed.

"Stay away from him!"

She stared at me with rage in her eyes."Are you crazy?I should leave my boyfriend here to die?Fuck you!"she turned her attention back to the boy and started shaking him dramatically."Mark!Babe,come back to me!"

"Keisha,stay away from him!"

"Keisha listen to him,"the boy said."I saw this happen to someone else a few minutes ago.If I told you what happen.."he shook his head "Look you have to go with them and get out of here safely.Oh and I'm sorry about the fight we had this morning..I love you."

"Shut up!You're not going to die.This time around I'll save you.Hey you!"Keisha barked at me "Stop standing around looking stupid and help me save him!"

The boy took the words I was about to say right out of my mouth."Don't you understand?I can't be saved!We don't know what the hell is going on here!Just go and save yourself!"

"But Mark-"
Keisha's hands covered her red face.Her tears paused.She looked down at the boy.

"Asshole!"Recca screamed attempting to run towards Keisha but Rhoda stopped her.She shook her head at Recca."We stay here."
"But this doesn't make sense!"

"You're right,"Keisha said stepping away."Were in some mummified apocalypse ,my boyfriend is hurt and doesn't want help.None of it makes sense.Why these people are here,why they came to get us.I mean they don't care about anyone else.Look around.Take a good look at our graveyard.Well at least I got amused before I died."

"Hey,"the boy cried out to Rhoda "Do you mind ending my life now.I want to be myself to the end."

"What?Are you fucking serious?!"Keisha said,her tears replaying.

"You will never understand."he said beginning to cough out blood.

"Understood."Rhoda tossed her stick into the air and when it came back down a blade appeared."This boy shall die with honour."

I looked at Keisha who storming out through the exit."Won't you stay with your lover till the end?"

"Keisha..I...I love you."

Keisha turned around her tears dried up as if they were never there."I wish I could say the same."

Rhoda stabbed him in his heart and blood gushed out.She swiftly pulled the blade out and made a striking movement turning it back to a stick.The remaining of us paid our respect and commenced out killing off the Yokai.

Carly's POV

I dragged the baseball bat against the floor.It left an endless trail of blood on the floor.The mummies would probably find us but who cares.Is this how were going to die?I got into the van sitting next to Keisha and belted myself.She didn't cry back then when Mark was about to cry.She acted like she didn't care but now her tears exploded into Recca's chest.I also couldn't help but cry.People often spoke about the end but this..

"Stop you're crocodile tears!"the woman barked at us from the drivers seat."We are going out there and I am not going to lie,you will not like what you will see but we do not have a say in this as this was not what was in the plan."

"You mean you planned this?"Recca asked."Who the hell are you people?"

The obnoxious boy smirked and looked back at us."Were your saviours so you better be great full."

"Luca that's enough.Rhoda if you don't mind can you start the car we need to leave now."
