If you wish to to pray for an hour, but have no clue what to pray about, the following is an example you may follow.
Praying for an hour
5minutes: worship
5minutes: thanksgiving
5minutes: confession
5minutes: pray psalms
5minutes: pray for your authorities
5minutes: pray for missionaries
5minutes: pray for unsaved family and friends
5minutes: other general requests
5minutes: ask for wisdom, grace in specific areas
5minutes: ask for Gods abundant blessings
5minutes: praise and thanksgiving
