Brett Talbot's POV:

I just transferred to Beacon Hills and I am already leaving on an exchange program to Indiana. They are sending 9 of us to live there for a whole year. It was just luck that it was the whole McCall pack being sent, which includes Scott, Stiles, Malia, Lydia, Kira, Liam, Mason, Isaac, and I. It is supposed to be a really small town in the middle of nowhere.

"Come on Brett we have to go, stop staring off into space." Scott called as everyone walked off towards the gate where we are boarding the airplane to head to Indianapolis then get on a bus for an hour to Briar Heights where we will be staying.

"Sorry I was just thinking about what Indiana will be like." I explained as I handed my boarding pass to the check in lady. "I have this feeling that something is going to happen."

"What kind of something?" Stiles asked worriedly. The past 2 months have been very quiet in Beacon Hills and everyone is starting to get antsy.

"I don't know and that is what scares me." I whispered grimly as I finally sat down in my assigned plane seat right next to the window and put my backpack under the seat in front of me.

"Why are you sitting here?" Someone asked from my right and when I looked over there stood the person I least wanted to see at that very second, Liam Dunbar.

"This my seat, that is why I am sitting here." I explained to the stupid Beta. I may not fully hate the guy, but I still did not enjoy his company whatsoever.

"This is just my luck that I have to sit next to you on a 3 hour plane ride to Indiana, home of the corn people." Liam rambled followed by a few mumbled words that did not sound very friendly as he sat down in the aisle seat and started to store his bag. Ignoring the small angry boy I slipped my earplugs in so I wouldn't hear anything at all and closed my eyes trying to relax to the sounds of ACDC. By the time we were taking off I was already asleep.

3 Hours Later......

"WAKE-UP!" Someone shouted in my ear as they pulled me from a very good slumber. When I looked over to see who it was I realized the imp had done it and was now smirking to himself.

"WHAT?" I shouted back.

"We're here so come on unless you want us to leave you." Liam explained before he grabbed his backpack and exited plane. So still groggy from my nap I quickly grabbed my backpack, made sure I had everything then followed after the pup off the plane to try and find the rest of the pack. The terminal I stepped into was hugely large, but also was not terribly small.

"Brett, over here." Stiles waved over towards the group where they were all huddles around a really short lady whom I assume is the principal of the school we will be attending.

"FInally, Mr.Talbot thank you for finally joining us." The small woman sassed as I joined the circle.

"Sorry, Mam." I apologize.

"It is fine. So as I was saying you all will grab your suitcase then go outside and get onto the school bus." She explained "Also my name is Ms. Madison. My son Luke goes to the school you will attending so him and his friends will be helping you guys out when you get there this morning. It is about 6 am right now and should take about an hour to get there and school starts at 7:30am so you will be on time for today."

We all quickly grabbed our bags and followed the petite woman outside to where a large bright yellow school bus was parked right out front.

"Everyone on we need not dilly dally." Ms. Madison herded us all onto the bus. As soon as everyone had a butt in a seat, me all the way in back next to Isaac, the bus lurched forward and made its way out of the airport and onto the highway. As we started to build up momentum Ms. Madison sat up in her seat and turned around so she was facing us. "I almost forgot recently we have been having some wild animal problems around town so there is a mandated curfew that starts when the sun comes down."

As soon as the words left her lips we all turned to each other with the exact same expression on our faces. The thought running through all of our minds 'OH NO! NOT AGAIN!'
