"GET BACK HERE YOU LITTLE THEIF!" The marines yelled as they chased the teen through the streets.

"Keheheh, NEVER!" He laughed and yelled back. He ran to the docks.

"THERE YOU ARE!" A voice called out. The teen ran down the docks and jumped the railing of a ship, landing perfectly on his feet.

"ROGUE!" A voice yelled as the ship pulled away and headed off. Rogue stood from his crouched position. His sky blue hair fell to his eyes. One eye was jade green and his other was the color of ash. And dusting his cheeks were the things that attracted every girl. Freckles.

Rogue grinned as the orange haired woman stomped towards him.

"Monkey D. Rogue!" She fumed. Rogue grinned at her.

"Hey, Aunt Nami." He said. She threw her arm around his shoulder. To anyone, it would look like she was pissed.

"What did you get, kid?" She asked, a grin on her face and her brown eyes sparkling at her nephew. Rogue grinned up at her.

"20,000 beli and the knife for Uncle Sanji." Rogue said, showing his catches to his Aunt. Nami grinned and ruffled his hair, carefully taking the knife.

"That's my nephew! Oh, Sanji, Dear! I have a gift for you!" Nami called, going to search for her husband. (A/N: yes, I ship Sanji and Nami.) Rogue grinned as he had sucessfully pleased his Aunt with his skills yet again.

"You're getting faster, Rogue. Have you ever considered becoming a swordsman?" Zoro asked, waking from his nap to watch the events. Rogue laughed.

"No thanks, Uncle Zoro. I'll stick to what I know best." Rogue said, punching the air twice to prove his point. Rogue was a skilled Martial Artist. He needed to contribute something to the crew since everyone had some sort of weapon or was a devil fruit user in his dad's crew. His dad told him his mother was a skilled Martial Artist as well as a devil fruit user, so Rogue decided to become a Martial Artist like his mother. He often trained with Nari, the Daughter of Sanji and Nami, and Kaiyo, the boy Robin adopted.

"Besides, you have Kuina and Kosen to teach all your swordsman tricks to." Rogue pointed out, nodding to the twins. Kuina and Kosen were the twins Zoro and his wife, Ki, had. Both Luffy and Zoro had fallen in love with women who had no intentions of becoming pirates. However, Luffy had the tragedy of losing both women he fell for in child birth. First Rogue's mother, then Aisuru, the mother of Rogue's sister, Ashe. Robin and Franky had found small children orphaned in a war that they adopted. That was Ryan, Franky's Son, and Kaiyo, Robin's son.

"Rogue!" A voice called out. Rogue turned to see Ashe running towards him. Ashe was four years younger than Rogue. Ashe looked everything like her mother, save for the hair. She had the same golden eyes and facial structure of Aisuru. But her hair was the same black as Luffy's. A few years back, Ashe had found the dog-dog devil fruit: wolf form. She had learned to control it rather well.

"What's up, Ashe?" Rogue asked. Ashe put her fists on her hips and pouted up at her brother.

"Play with meeee~!" She whined. For a fourteen year old, Ashe was very childish. Nami often said she was just like how Luffy was when they first met.

"Sorry, Ashe. Dad probably wants to see me. Go play with Ryan." Rogue said. Ashe stuck her tongue out at Rogue, then ran towards Ryan.

Ryan had dark brown hair and green eyes. Ryan was just like his adoptive Cyborg father. Ryan had learned to be a mechanic and came up with some pretty amazing weapons for himself as well as Kaiyo.

Kaiyo had light brown hair and brown eyes. Kaiyo was quite a bit like Robin, however, he was just as easily entertained as Ashe. Kaiyo was a sharp shot that gave Usopp a run for his money.

Nari was an excellent martial artist, quick on her feet like her father and she flirted with every guy she saw. She was constantly flirting with Rogue, Kaiyo, Ryan, and Kosen. Kosen was the only one still bothered by it.

Kosen looked like his father except for the fact he had his mother's blonde-brown hair. He didn't use three swords, though, he was evenly matched with his father one-on-one with two swords.

Kuina looked like her mother, except she had Zoro's moss hair. Her eyes were the same shade of blue as her mother's eyes.

Speaking of Ki, she wasn't much of a fighter. She often helped Sanji in the kitchen and when it was required she fight, she used throwing daggers, and she was pretty good with them, too.

After watching Ashe talk Ryan and Kaiyo both in to a game of tag and watching them do so for a bit, Rogue followed through on what he told Ashe and went to see the captain.

"Oh, Rogue, good. Luffy was about to call for you." Ki said as she passed him. Rogue smiled and nodded then reluctantly made his way towards the captain's cabin.

It's not that he was afraid of his own father. He knew Luffy was a very fun loving person, however, Luffy was a little more serious now.

After all, he was the King of the Pirates.

Rogue entered the room. Luffy was looking out the window, the serious expression he normally only wore in battle with some asshole that took away another person's dream was set on his face now. Luffy heard the door shut and turned to see Rogue. Luffy grinned at him, suddenly back to the goofball straw hat pirate he was.

"Rogue! Damn, it seems like every time I see you you start to look like your fa-er... Mother!" Luffy said with a laugh. Rogue grinned. Good he wasn't in trouble.

"What did you need to see me for, Dad?" Rogue asked. Luffy walked over to Rogue and put a hand on his shoulder.

"Rogue, don't you know what today is?" Luffy asked. Rogue gave him a blank stare.

"It's your 18th birthday! So naturally, we need to party!" Luffy said. Rogue grinned. Of course only Luffy would call him in just for that.

"Absolutely! I'll go tell uncle Sanji to prepare a feast!" Rogue said. Luffy cheered his approval and Rogue ran out to tell Sanji the news.

"When are you going to tell him the truth?" Asked Robin, who had been standing in the corner, watching the whole time. Luffy sighed and returned to the window, looking out at the sea.

"Whenever I discover what Aoi meant by "the place it started." I know I know where it is she's talking about, but I don't know if she means the island Ace was born, the island where we were raised, or the island she met Ace on." Luffy sighed. Robin looked at the letter again. After 18 years, Luffy decided to show Robin the letter and see if she could deduct what was going through the head of Luffy's sister.

"The place where it all started..." It suddenly hit Robin, she believed she knew where Aoi was.

"Maybe... It's not where she and Ace met, but where your story started." Robin said.

"Huh?" Luffy asked.

"I'm not 100% sure, but, Aoi is in one of three places. She is either in Shells Town, where you met Zoro and started the Straw Hat Pirates, Alabasta, where you met up with Ace again after years, or Louge Town, where Ace's birth father, Gol D. Roger was executed. Where the era of the Pirates started." Robin deducted. Luffy thought for a long time, then slowly nodded.

"Yeah, that sounds like Aoi..." He said. Luffy wrote down the names of the three places. It was time to tell Rogue the truth.
