Fairy Tail Nalu Lucy Leaves the Guild

Chapter 6: Together At Last

Look. I'm actually posting a new chapter not too long after the last one! I'm on a little 'vacation' I guess you could call it that. Here's the next chapter!

General POV

It was hours later before anything happened. Wendy was now awake, still a bit shaken from using up all her magic. Natsu had fallen asleep, his head on Lucy's bed, as he was holding her hand. 

Some people had come and gone through the hours. Erza and Gray checked in a few times before coming in with Juvia when they said they were going on a job. Levy would come in a few times to check up an Lucy and Natsu and keep a light chat with the sleeping guild members. Mira would come in and constantly apologize to the sleeping Lucy for what had happened with her sister, and wish that she had made the shake. Happy constantly came in checking on Natsu, taking short naps on Lucy's stomach. Makorov came in a couple times and stood in the doorway. Even Gajeel and Laxus came in a few times. 

It was getting very late. It was 11 pm when Lucy slowly awoke.

Lucy POV

I awoke with a blur covering my vision. It was all dark for a long time until the blurriness went away and my vision focused in the darkness. 

I could finally tell where I was, and noticed a warmth on my stomach and on my hand. There was also a slight warmth on my side and I could hear the steady breathing of two others. 

I touched my stomach to feel a fuzziness and could tell it was Happy. I looked to my side to see Natsu sleeping by my side. I blushed a bit. 

He was holding my hand. 

I wake Natsu and hear him grumble for 

"5 more minutes," before realizing where he was, and who was shaking him. 

"Lucy?" 

"Yea Natsu. It's me." I reply. 

He suddenly stands up and grabs me into a tight hug, knocking Happy off my stomach and onto the floor. 

"Ow!"

 "Lucy you're awake! You woke up!" Natsu kept babbling hugging me tighter and tighter till I could breathe. 

"Natsu... Need.... Air!" He loosened his grip grumbling a short apology. 

I looked into his eyes. There was something there in his dark eyes. More than just happiness that I was awake, and the loving looks he gives his nakama when they get through something bad and painful. There was... 

Real. Hard and raw love. 

While lost in my thoughts I didn't realize we were both leaning toward each other before our lips were centimeters apart. 

Natsu closed the gap and our lips met in a soft quick kiss before Natsu leaned away blushing mad. It looked like his head was so on fire he could use it for power. 

"Sorry... I didn't mean to do that." Natsu mumbled getting up 

"I'm going to go get everyone to tell them you're awake." He finishes before turning to walk away. 

I quickly scrambled in her bed catching Natsu's sleeve. 

"No. Not... Not yet." 

I stand up a bit wobbly and shuffled a bit closer to Natsu before looking up and catching him in a kiss.

 A long kiss. 

His hands cupped my cheeks and my hands found their way to his spiky hair. Our lips moving in sync. His tongue flicks across my lips begging for entrance when suddenly someone coughs in the room. 

"I'll just be going then I guess and leave you two alone." A voice says that could only be Happy's and both me and Natsu pull away quickly blushing incredibly hard but still in each other's arms. 

His now around my waist, and mine around his neck. Happy left and Natsu and I grip each other in a hug, showing all the affection we were going to give, and what we missed while I was gone. 

We pulled apart and the room was silent until I spoke up. 

"I-I guess we should go tell the others I'm up and not dead.." I say.

 Natsu chuckles and nods his head before leading me out the door his hand tightly gripping mine to make sure I wouldn't leave. When we went back out, most everyone was still there, except Erza, Gray, and Juvia who had gone on a job that I was informed about on the walk out of the room with Natsu. 

When we walked out everyone first looked at me, then at Natsu, then how close we were, and their eyes finally landed on our hands. Mira just about fainted when she saw our hands. Everyone just stared. A few girls giggled. And I swear I saw a few people handing each other handfuls of jewels. Mira was the first one to walk up. 

"Lucy, would you like anything to eat. You must be starved. You haven't eaten all day.  And Natsu I'll be sure to get you some food too." 

"That would be great Mira. I'm starved." I reply and she walks away. 

I walk over to the bar and Natsu sits next to me. 

"So...what...happened to me? I just remembered taking a sip of my shake them blacking out." 

Natsu was silent for a bit before he explained all of what happened. 

"But. Why? Why would she do that?" I ask. 

"I honestly don't know. After she did it she ran out of the guild." 

I sighed. 

I just wished I knew. Mira handed us both a plate. Natsu scarfed down his food and I slowly ate mine. My mind wandering everywhere. Lisanna, me and Natsu. What was the guild going to do if Lisanna came back? Would they call the magic council. Would they just kick her out of the guild? Would she just be punished? Would they forgive her? 

If she gets handed over, will she be killed? 

I mean, she did just attempt a murder... My mind was still wandering and I hadn't even realized I finished my food till Natsu spoke up. 

"Having fun eating air Lucy?" I looked down to see my empty plate. 

"Sorry. My mind was wandering." I replied, blushing slightly. 

"It's fine. We should head out. It's late. I'll stay at your house. I don't want anything happening to you." 

I nodded and we heading back to my apartment our hands swinging and Happy flying just a bit ahead of us.

Wow that was a lot. I reached 1,000 words!!! That was for how I always make short chapters. I made a long chapter for you guys! I'll see you guys next time with a new chapter!
