*Listening to music*

-...hey...-Jimmy said from a distance

-Hey-He repeated

-DUDE!-he said while taking my head phones off.

-What?-I said mad

-Your brother wants to talk to you.

-Okay, now get out.

*Living room*

-Hey, what's up?-I said to my brother while he was talking on the phone.

-Just a second-He replied

-Okay.

I started peruse a magazine when he called me.

-Okay, I need to talk to you.-He said

-Bro,if you didn't, I wouldn't be here.-I said.

-Look at this.-He said while landing me a file.

I opened the file and started  to look at some numbers an words, then I said:

-What's this?

-It's a court order, you are being charged of assault by some guy named Ryan Klavintison.

-Fu*k him, that son of a bit*h.-I whispered

-What did you say?-He asked

-Oh nothing, continue.

-Well, I cannot be your lawyer because you are my brother,that's why you can't see mine name, and right over here it's the people who are going to testify, I suppose you know them.-my brother said

I ran my eyes across the page and then I saw, Amy Silverstone was one of the people who are going to testify.Shi*.

*Park*

-Do you want me to kill him, because I can do it.-Jimmy said.

-Hon!-Kate said while pushing him-There's no need for violence.

-Yes there is,that bit*hing Ryan is going to win the case,and V already have complains with the jury about his behavior, he cannot lose this case.-Jimmy said

-But anyway, we'll figure something out-Kate said

-No, he's right,I'll not win this case unless I do something-I said-Gotta go...

-What to you think he's going to do-Kate asked

-Probably somethig stupid-Jimmy said

*Amy school*

The bell ringed so I looked to the entrence of the school,while 100 girls passed by me, then I saw her.

-AMY-I yelled

She started to run the opposite way

-Amy,come here-I said while pulling her arm

-Let me go.-She said while taking her arm off my hands.-I want nothing to do with you!-She yelled

-Please, I need to talk to you.

-What?!

-That boyfriend of yours Ryan I think...

She cut me and said:

-He's not my boyfriend.

-Whatever, so, he press charges againts me, and you're going to testify.

-Wait, stop right there.First of all, I know he's pressing charges againts you, and I know I'm going to testify, and second, I'm not going to help you get away from the prison that waits for you, you deserve it.-She said

-Don't say that.

-Why not?

-Because I can't go to jail, I have a family you know!-I said

-Everybody has a family,use something else to convince me.

Damn, girls usually have soft spots for guys who like their families.

-Okay, how about a drink?

-Why?-She asked

-Because I want to get to know you better.-I respond

-Haha, I won't fall for that one.

-Please,just a drink, I won't try to convince you, I swear.

-Promise?-She asked
