She excepted the date. Jealousy runs through my body but i'm good at hiding it. I wander whats going on inside her head. I look back over to the boys talking to them about random stuff we pull up to the school. Tomorrows Friday.
"So Lindora...meet me at Henry's Dinner. We'll eat then catch a movie kay?" Jake says as we're getting off the bus. They stand side by side. "So will you be talking on this date?" Lindora chuckles and shakes her head. "Come on. I want to hear your voice." She blushes and looks down. Embarrassed not flattered. "You're cute when you blush." H?er blush grows deeper but she keeps walking they split and we get to our lockers.
"Lindora, he's just going to play you." She doesn't even look at me. What the hell is wrong with her. I go to touch her but she swirls around and ducks as my hand almost touches her. What? "Look i want to ask you abo..Lindora!" I growl her name as she goes back to ignoring me. "Listen to me!" I snap.
She looks over at me then shakes her head. She walks away after that. I still am itching to know what the hell i saw yesterday.They bright pink and blue things. I'm so confused. I get to my seat and see a note on my desk. I read it.
Levion, You need to stop this. If you mess with me well both end up hurt. Some more than others. This is never going to work out. This friend ship. You understand the fact that I'm not interesting in being your freind' -ouch- 'i'm not talking to you because i don't need you. I'm very comfortable with out a loser on my hip.'- oh i'm the loser?-'just stay away from me. I MEAN IT!!! just to let you know, I'm not going on that date with Jake. I'm going to tell him something came up.~Lindora. '
"OH! I'm the loser huh? What about you? you sit alone all freaking day and do nothing to even try to get a friend! You just act like the world hates you and when someone actually tries you shove them away!"-She's toning me out. I slam my hand on her desk making her flinch-"Will you stop that?! You should really learn i don't care what other's think."
"LOOK!" She yells making people jump back alittle, even Mr. James. "I. Don't.Like. You. I.Don't. Want. To. Know. you. You are so annoying. I hate you. I don't want to talk to you. I don't mean we'll get hurt from any one in this school. I'm talking about what I am and What you aren't. So but out of my life and LEAVE ME ALONE!" She stomps away and I walk after her.
"What you are and I'm not?! What the hell does that mean?!" I ask/yell at her. The hall ways are empty because everyone is in class. She has her lips pursed again telling me she's not talking. Gah I wish i could read her thoughts.
"Why is he so curious? Why am i so special to him? It's so annoying. I hate him. No i like him. GAH! brain! he's a human. He's not one of you, but last night. The mental wall." I hear her say.
"What are you talking about?" She turns toward me and furrows her brow.
"Ok this kid seriously cares me sometimes. I mean i can't read his mind but some how he's reading mine. Levion can you hear me. Nod yes or no." I nod. "Oh crap. I have to tell Queen." She darts down the hall and runs out the doors. She jumps and disapears. I run after her and look around. I walk to our bus stop.
She has to tell Queen? Reading her thought? Disapearing? Mental Wall? What is going on here?
I race off to the tree in the medow to see her talking with a woman. She looks like her. I mean exacly like her.
"Mom, you were right. He's not human. He has a mental wall but he was reading my thoughts today. It was..." the woman covers her mouth and looks at me smiling.
"Hello." She says sweatly. Lindora turns and her eyes go wide. she points to me and opens her mouth. A boy comes out from behind the tree. He has curly hair, orange eyes, dimples.
"Lindora, come on. Let's go get the flowers for th...Oh hello." He says in a British accent.
"Kaleb honey. Take Lindora to the harvest. I'm going to talk with dear Levion." The woman says. Lindora and Kaleb interlock fingers. I feel my body ignight. She's dating him?! They run off into the trees all the way on the other side of the grassy meadow.
"listen boy. I don't know what you are andi don't care. You stay away from my baby. i don't care how mushshe likes you." The woman says after walking up to me.
"She hates me." I say.
"Good." She spits. Then she runs after them. I go home and plop down on my bed. I'm going to get to her no matter what.
