Danny's jaw dropped as he watched from the looking glass. He looked at Carl then Rachael then Zack again who seemingly appeared non phased.
"Alpha found her again." He whispered.
"The bond-
"It's dead and gone," Rachael cut him off, "We already went through this."
"And I never believed it the first time, " he scoffed , "Nothing in history has ever suggested that a werewolf bond can truly ever be broken." He insisted.
"With a death it can," Rachael retorted.
"Yet here she is, very much alive," he groaned, "How could I have missed this?" He smacked his own head.
"His wolf might have forgotten but he will start remembering if he has not already-
"Danny-
"He already found her!" He cried, "And this has nothing to do with either of you. He found her out of pure luck!"
Danny started pacing whilst his eyes started to dart around the room in panic, " The magic did not go to the ground like it was meant to, she never really fully passed it on, if Michael-
"Michael is gone," Zack chipped in not liking how the hairs stood at the back of his head from what Danny was suggesting.
"If her mate could find her, " Danny whispered, "It's only a matter of time before she meets that kind of power again and the kind of magic that has gone through a polluted being like Michael, " He shuddered at the thought.
Zack paled.
"No no no no!" Rachael cried, "We won! This time we actually won!"
she dropped to her knees in defeat and Danny shook his head.
"I love to agree with you but this time," he sighed watching as Felix's eyes glowed in the color of his wolf's, "You're not writing her story any more."
Danny sighed and slumped against the wall at his realisation. Carl hummed, deep in thought.

Felix watched with a pit growing in his stomach. He could fill his wolf stir with unease. He fought to keep down the possessive growl that burned to come out of his throat. His heart ached. When they broke away, his wolf rose again and stirred from the depths of his soul. For the first time in weeks, he could feel himself whole again. His wolf growled louder in annoyance like it was telling him something.

Rachael stared at the new world she had created for Crystal. The new life. The people she had removed to separate her from her past. To keep her from danger. She reminisced the time she thought herself smarter than fate itself as she played with forces of the universe that were out to get an innocent girl, to rid her from existence for just being born from a mistake her foremothers and fathers had made. Crystal amongst many others she had failed to save had survived longer than she could have hoped. The hope for her to make it longer slowly diminished as the wolf in Felix started to stir, started to speak. Even though the young alpha could barely understand, Rachael knew it wouldn't take long.
She closed her eyes and reached out to the witch that cast the spell to fog up their connection.
Margot.
"I do not appreciate the intrusion, your highness high priestess."
"Undo whatever you did to Felix Black," she commanded. Margot flinched on the other side.
"His father won't have it," she explained, "He made me swear. I can't undo it without risking my own life."
Rachael sighed in annoyance, "Would you rather die by my hand then?"
Margot gulped cutting off the connection immediately at the threat. Her choice was instant. She undid the spell right there. Her fear for the priestess proving much more significant than her loyalties to her mate's pack.
Amy on her end felt a stir. A disturbance of sorts before turning her attention back to Luke. She had made a promise. She'd never use magic again.
Or so she hoped.
Carl also got to his feet, "I'll start with the evacuation plan for the humans then."
Rachael shook her head, "We need her emotions stable. Make it discreet and find a way to get her alone before the darkness finds her." she advised staring at Crystal.
Suddenly the image changed. Michael's body burst into flames releasing a blast of dark rays right into the sky tearing into the what was blue sky turning to dark clouds almost immediately. Lightning tore through sky violently and thunder crackled.
"Get all available witches on standby," Rachael ordered, "Even the new undetermined one. Amy. Get all potential casualties to safety however you can!"
"Werewolves, humans even those newly turned vampires have no business getting involved, " She spoke locking eyes with Zack, "Be very discreet, gather as much help from any and all covens as you see fit, "
"If any one has a problem with it," she growled, "You send them directly to me and Danny?"
Danny looked up locking eyes with Rachael, " Hold the fort, Danny. Protect our home, would you?"

The school day had ended in a shower. Rain continued to pour harshly on the students as they made their way to their dorms and cars for those who had their parents picking them up. Wallace did not hesitate carrying Crystal bridal style despite the rain. Jordan rushed to get Felix into the van with the rest of the pack that still attended school. Felix was quieter than Jordan was used to. He had grown used to the constant questions about Crystal, his mate. His mate who was alive and well. Here. In a human school. Happy with a human boy. Another male who wasn't him.
Had he recognised her?
They arrived the pack house with Mr Black patiently waiting to receive them in the foyer. Jordan noticed Margot walk in then quickly turn back upon gazing upon the older Alpha. Her eyes had paused on Felix who stood beside Jordan. She flinched and practically ran back inside to avoid being seen. Jordan turned to recognize the color of his wolf's eyes glowering upon him in anger. His chest rose in panic as the alpha aura surrounded him forcing him to submit.
His eyes met his father and he growled in challenge. His father's wolf came forth and his eyes took over. Father and son regarded each other cautiously before bones started to break and they shifted into their wolves.
Jordan guided the rest of the pack away as the two alphas began to fight under the harsh shower of the rain.
Felix's wolf was back and he was not happy with the new arrangements.
