Once again I am so sorry for how long it's taken me. Feel free to point out any mistakes I made.

The plan worked. Mi' Lady's carriage is in the ship. While Athos went to get the diamonds. The rest of us stayed on the deck.

After about 10 minutes; Athos came up presenting the diamonds then placing them in the map.

Then the conniving bitch walked out towards us.

She looked around, "Boys, been awhile." She then turned her head to where D'artangan is standing; " This must be the young Gascon. (is that how it's spelled?)

He replied; "We've met before." The backstabbing wench tilted her chin up a little, "Ah yes, small world. I didn't let Rochefort kill you, you do remember that don't you?"

She had a slightly pleading look on her face when she started talking to Athos.

As she walked to the gap in the ship she gave me a tiny nod though I do not know why, then she fell.

I turned back and leaned against the tailing over looking the sea and drowned in my thoughts and plan of action.

I saw canons firing before they hit the ship sending everyone into a stumble.

Holy muskets.

The ship was easy three times the size of ours.

" Ah, Gascon, so you traded up when it comes to transport but once again you are outmatched. You can thank Mi'Lady for that, she passed on Buckingham's plans a long time ago. As you can see we made some improvements. Hehaaaa. ISN'T SHE A BEAUTY!"

D'artangan decided to speak first, "What do you want?"

Rochefort looked at us as if we're stupid; "The diamonds."

I decided to ignore the conversation going on and crept back into the door way, as I was nearly in I saw a flash of blue at the front of the ship.

DAMNIT

Why must the girl always be involved. Typical.

"...choose the woman, fight for love..."

I smacked my forehead then held up the diamonds. The kid doesn't know a damn thing.

I gave the diamonds to D'artangan and he walked out. The girl walked in.

I watched as the boy took a musket to the head for the first time, maybe he'll learn to not walk in like that.

I watched as canons were shot every which way as both the ships fired.

One of the canon balls came pretty close to the area I was and sent me nearly off the edge. My legs dangling as I pulled myself back up.

Aramis turned the ship into the storm as we felt more canons hitting the ship.

"He's persistent I'll give him that."

I looked down at my leg to see a piece of wood sticking out. It wasn't too big but big enough that in the wrong place it could do some serious damage.

Aramis handed the wheel to Athos as he saw I was struggling to pull the wood out.

I was sitting as he knelt beside me placing one hand in my thigh and wrapping the other around the wood.

He gave me an apologetic look confusing me until he just ripped the wood out suddenly, causing a startled, pain filled cry to escape my lips.

Everyone looked over to see the bloodied wood laying beside me and Aramis wrapping a cloth tightly around the wound.

As he finished he looked right into my eyes and said; "Don't get hurt again, if something happened to you....."

He trailed off as I placed my hand on his cheek. Didn't even take him a second to lean into my touch.

I chuckled, "Don't worry about me, I can handle a tiny scratch like this, worry about the boy. Lord knows how much trouble that little shit can get into."

He laughed and helped me up. As we walked towards the others I could see that Athos had steered us directly over the other ship then gave the wheel to Porthos.

Athos lit the two small deck canons sending debris of the bigger ship all over.

Aramis manned the machine gun and Planchet was in the fire blower.

The boys lit that sucker up like there was no tomorrow.
