6:00am
I woke up to my screeching alarm blaring in my ear! It was time for my first day at my new job. I got hired at a clothing store for younger men and woman in the local mall, it was acalled Junk Stuff inc.
I layed there in my bed for about 20 mins just looking at the ceiling fan, finding the strength to fully wake my self up and start getting dressed.
They had us wearing black pants with black shoes and black shirts with their stores name on the back of the shirt and a small logo on the front in green and purple letters. It was a cute look nothing too fancy or too formal. But after I finished getting dressed it had my spunkyness added, with my hot pink star earings and matching neclace and bright green and purple eye shadow and thick black eyeliner resembling fierce cat eyes. My hair is long and dark brown with red underneath, which made my fair skin look pale and milky. I kind of prefer it, rather than tanned and orange.
It was already 7:20 and I had to be at work by 8:15 well actually by 8:30 but I wanted to be ealry to make a good impression for my first day. And since I really didn't know how traffic would be that early in the morning. I grabbed my big reb and black zebra purse and pulled out my jingling car keys and headed to the front door! I ran outside and jumped into my small 4 door blue green Mazda protige. If you haven't noticed by now, I'm a color freak and love lots of color and style. Any who. I turned on my car and took off on the road!
8:15am
I just pulled up to the parking lot ,and the only cars that were there where all the employees showing up to their jobs.
I arrived to the store, it was across from the Victoria's Secret and in between was one of those booths that sold cell phone accessories. you know, the ones that stop you as your walking down the halls of the mall and you know your not interested, but hey still keep trying to sale you something. As I walked inside the store I saw my manager Jordan, he was the one who hired me, and in front of him was a girl, she had black hair with purple and pink streaks going down her bangs, they went perfect with her face since she had a cute baby doll look, she was also wearing her uniform and from the looks of her black skinny jeans i could see the outline of her athletic legs...
Jordan interupted me starring and turned and greeted me as i walked in, "Hey Karlee, glad you made it in! I was just telling Ruby here about our rules and procedures in the store, I think I already went over them with you at the interview, but I will go over them again." He told us now looking at me and Ruby.
