Late March 19th Night

I zip up my bag full of clothes and products for the trip. I grab my bag and drop it by the door when Ricky walks in with his camera and lights.

I say "Dude I don't think you can fit that in your suitcase."

"I'm not...It's Monday."

"Oh yeah. You film on Mondays for your channel...well are you packed for tomorrow yet?"

"Umm...no."

"RICKY!"

I roll my eyes and grab his camera away from him and set it down on the counter.

"Now you go pack right now! Cause I'm not gonna put up with you complaining about it tomorrow!'

"Fine, Mom."

He smirks and walks away. I roll my eyes and finish cleaning up the house.

The alarm goes off at 6:16 and I'm about to hit the snooze when I remembered I actually have to get up. I slump out of bed and go knock on Ricky's door. No answer. I bang on Ricky's door. I hear his pillow hit the door. I decide that is the most I'm gonna get out of him. I walk into the kitchen and make some cereal; I go get dressed after I'm done. By the time I'm all dressed and ready to go Ricky opens up his door like a zombie and heads to the kitchen.

I get onto my laptop and check twitter and the weather. (to see what it is in Cali of course) I grin all warm weather for the week. I get on twitter and most of them are about how they are excited for vidcon, I wish I can go to vidcon, and some already at the hotel. I notice a tweet from Connor Franta saying.

"Can't wait to see my bros again! @SamPottoroff @TrevorMoran @jccaylen @KianLawley @RickyPDillon"

Ricky has been friends with Connor for almost 3 years now. I just met him recently when he came to visit Ricky back in December. Didn't leave the biggest impression on me he only stayed for a day then him and Ricky left for a week. Who knows where. Ricky walks back to his room and comes out 5 minutes later in clothes. Back to his normal self.

In the car driving to the airport. Of course we are late because Ricky, you guessed it, wasn't packed. So now it's 7:08 rushing to get there in time to get checked in.  I bite my lip in anticipation. We pull into the long term parking and park the car. I get out and grab my bags; I race to the check in line like my life depended on it. Of course Ricky easily passed me when I'm huffing and puffing. Ricky if you didn't know goes to the gym every Wednesday and Saturday. While my exercise is playing Wii sports.

We get our tickets and I look at the time 7:15. It's a mad dash to the boarding station. I had to jump over bags, say excuse me to a lot of people, and almost knocked down a 5 year old. We made it in time as the doors were about to close. I sigh of relief. We find our seats and wait till we take off.
