After a long, hard day of school and obsessively thinking about the picture, Jess was ready to just lay down in her bed, listen to her music, and just nap. But she couldn't nap. The picture crept back into her mind once again. This time, thinking about how she found it. Playing this mornings over and over again in her mind. 'Is this some kind of message?' she thought, wondering if she were supposed to do something about it.
After a while of trying to take her mind off of things and rest for a few minutes, Jess decided to go downstairs and confront her parents about the picture. She was just as nervous as she was curious about how the conversation could go.
"Hi Sweetie! Not tired anymore?" her mother said looking up for a second from the book she was reading. "No... Hey, can I ask you and dad a question?" Jess nervously said wondering if she was better off having this conversation or not. "Ok Honey. Come sit down." Her father said with an ounce of nervousness within his voice.
"I want to talk about the picture. The picture I found today in the book." Said Jess, worried about how her parents would react. She immediately regretted asking the question. "What do you want to know?" Her mother said, still with her nose in her book, very nervous on the inside. 'Well, better get straight to the point.' Jess thought. "Who was that Girl in the album?...Jade?"
"Okay. Sit down. There is something we have to tell you something." Her father said, folding the newspaper he was reading.
