New Place, New Home, New Life

Artemis P.O.V.

"I- I.... I had to see you one last time." He looked at me with tears building in his eyes. He was soft as he handed me the rose. "A single white Rose for you."

I smiled at the look he gave me. It melted my heart that I had to go so soon. We barely get together and now I had to go. "Wally..." I looked back at him. "I will wait for forever to see you again."

"I'll wait for you too. Just know-" He started.

"Artemis hurry up!" Ollie yelled from the entrance to the plane.

"I'm coming!" I yelled back.

"Just know I love you!" He blurted out.

"I love you too..." I began to get teary and a single tear rolled down my cheek.

"Please don't cry." He wiped my tear away. "Call me when you get off he plane. And-" He reached around my face and gave me a sweet, yet gentle kiss on the lips. The sun was setting and it just made it perfect. "See you soon." He said.

I climbed onto he plane. I sat by a window and looked out at Wally. The door shut and the plane began to take off, he waved and I waved back. I smiled until I couldn't see him anymore. Roy came and sat next to me. He knew how I actually felt. He read my journal. That- My thought was interuped by him saying, "Don't worry, there will be plenty of cute red heads in Hawaii." Roy smirked. "Like me." He added quietly to himself.

Dinah must have over heard, because she sat on the other side of me. "Roy you're not helping." She glared at him until he left to sit where Ollie was.

"Yeah. Whatever." I put in my headphones and turned on some music. Ignoring whatever anyone else said. I soon found myself falling asleep.

When I woke up, the plane was landing. I grabbed my bag, and got out when I was allowed to. "Our stuff is waiting for us at our new home. Get in the cab, and I'll show you around it." Ollie stated. The cab started to our new home. "Okay, we are starting over. Everything. A new school, new jobs, and new names. I took some time to think of some for each of us. I will be Owen. Roy will be Rory. Artemis will be Aphrodite, to keep the Greek goddess theme. And Dinah will be Dixie. We are the Green family. When in public, Dinah and I, by you two," he looked at Roy and I, "will call us mom and dad. To make us a believable family. Try and make friends, and get use to the new place."

It looked great from the outside. It was a huge house, for only 4 people that is. When you walked in, there was a big entrance. You could see the kitchen and dining room. It was white, very white. The countertops were white, along with the appliances and dining table. There was a staircase to the left of the dining room, it was a grand one. The stairs had hardwood going up, along with the rest of he house. At the top there was a small hangover, over the dining room. Then 3 bedrooms, the master at the end and a smaller one, yet a bathroom was right next to it. That lead to another room, a Jack and Jill look. The living room was then down the stairs and away from everything else. There was a door there that lead to the basement, but Ollie said it was where the zeta tubes were, in case we needed them. I didn't believe him.

"The masters is Dinah and I's, Roy you get the Jack and Jill rooms. Artemis, I have a surprise for you." Roy parted with the group. And Ollie led me to a part, away from the other places. It was a large bedroom, it looked like a master piece. Only one window in the corner, showing part of the beach. The rest of the room was painted a tan color with a green tint coming from the bed spread. There was another see through door, which lead to a balcony.

"I love it! Thanks Ollie!" I gave him a hug, with a huge smile.

"Welcome, I'm gonna let you get settled and feel free to go to the beach anytime you want." He smiled back and left, with Dinah.

I quickly unpacked some boxes, and found my swimsuit. I might as well get some fun around here. Or at least find a new hobby. I then remembered that I forgot to call Wally! I picked up my phone and dialed his phone number. After a few rings, he answered. "Well good morning." He said sleepily.

"Wally, it's 1 in the afternoon in Happy Harbor. Why are you still sleeping?" I laughed.

"I couldn't sleep last night... How's Honolulu so far?"

"I've been at my new home for maybe and hour, I just finished unpacking. I really haven't done anything. I'm going to go to the beach soon though."

"Okay, have fun there. Love you, but I have to go, talk to you later!"

"Bye!" I hung up, after him.

I put on my swimsuit, and a cover up. I grabbed a towel, and put it and some sunscreen in a bag. I left through the back door, in the kitchen. The back yard was huge. It had a big pool in the back, which hung over into the ocean. The difference was a clear glass wall the separated the pool and the saltwater. The was green grass and a small pathway that lead to a part on the beach, looked like the it wasn't private, but not many people were there. I found a spot on the beach and sat down. I took off my cover up.

My swimsuit is a bikini. It had dark green bottoms with a light green top. I rubbed on some sunscreen and got up, I left my stuff, and began to make my way to the water. I didn't really get into it, but I walked next to it.

That's when I bumped into someone. I fell to the ground and looked up. I found myself looking into light baby blue eyes. "Oh my gosh.... I'm so sorry." I stuttered.

"Don't be sorry." He held out a hand, to help me up.

I took it, and got up. "Thanks." I kept my eyes on him, like an idiot. He was wearing green swimming trunks, with a light green stripe coming up the side. He had no shirt on, but he had a nice six pack, and it looked like he went to a gym.

"I'm Isaac, and you are?" He looked at me.

"Oh, right!" I shook out of my gaze. "I'm Arte- I mean Aphrodite, but I go by Ro."

"I haven't see you around. You new?"

"Oh, yeah. I moved here today."

"Cool, what house?" He looks at me.

I brush some hair out of my face. "I live in that one." I point to the only house down on the beach.

"Awesome! The people who lived there before we total party people!"

"Huh?"

"A party? You know?"

"Well yeah."

"There's a party at my place Friday, wanna come?"

"Sure." I smile at him.

"Cool, I'll come get you. Oh, also, you might want to wear something... Hot." He bit his bottom lip and walked away.

I went back to our new home. I already asked Owen for directions around the house, so I tried to find my room on my own. Luckily I did.
