Let The Games Begin

Dolly.

Ahh. Everything is in place. This is good, Dolly thinks to herself. Everything is good.

"Now, you know how the games are." Dolly's dad says. "The best must win."

"Why do you ever so doubt me father?" Dolly tilts her small head to the side. "Those who doubt me shall pay."

"Take me away." He says with a sigh, and lets his wrists over to Dolly. She smiles.

"Ahh. Turning yourself in? Smart choice, my wise one. Now, let the punishment start, and the games will begin shortly." She leads her father down the hall.

Finally, she gets to a room, and shoved him in. The person in their, another soldier, says,

"Shall I start it?" Dolly nods her head. She doesn't need parents anyways. She can do this on her own. The door closes, and Dolly heads down the hall.

She walks up on the stage, and stands on the foot stool that boosts her up behind the podium. She whacks the microphone to get everyone's attention. When they look her way, she clears her throat.

"Welcome, my army of Nachzehrers. It is an honor, to be here, announcing the start of the games, like every other year. This year, will be a time of victory. We welcome new players with open arms, only for them to be gone in the end. That is what we went. To win. And we will. Am I right?" The crowd cheers and screams. Dolly smiles. This year, she has a good army. And winning will be very easy.

"I am very pleased today to say that we very much have a good chance of winning." The crowd goes wild again. Dolly grins very wide, and lets out an evil laugh. "Say it with me!" Then they all shout,

"LET THE GAMES BEGIN!"

A.N. Sorry it was so short! I just am really busy right now with school starting and having to view my classes and stuff. :( But, next one will be better I promise!
