Reader's POV
Today was a special day! Dad promised me that he would spend the whole day with me. I was waiting out the door as I looked out in the open I saw a a certain blue hedgehog coming home.
He stopped right in front on me and patted me on the head "Dad!" I yelled in excitement as I hug tackled him to the ground. "Whoa!" He shouted as he fell to the ground I giggled as he got up and then picked me up.
"Are you ready, (name)?" Dad asked me. "Yes I am!!" I shouted in excitement.
Sonic's POV
I picked up the little (animal) and held him/her tight. I got ready and raced away from the house with (name) in my arms. She/He was laughing when I went faster, I smiled and made a turn (name) laughed again. I just loved seeing a smile on her/face.
I then began imagine if we could do this alot more I was to busy thinking that I didn't notice that I missed the diner that we were gonna go to for lunch. Then I heard (name) calling me.
Reader's POV
I saw that we pasted the diner that we were supposed go to. What was dad doing? I looked up at him and saw that he was daydreaming.
"Dad." I said but he kept day dreaming. "Dad!!!!" He then looked at me. He looked at where we were and he noticed that we passed the diner.
Dad turned around and started running to the diner. "What were you day dreaming about,dad? Was it (favorite ship with sonic)?" I laughed as he blushed.
"No! It was not." Dad yelled in embarrassment.
When we got there and got a table dad ordered the 7 layered chilli dog special and I got (fav diner food) with (fav side). When we finished eating we paid the bill and left.
